Impressed with this Enterprise Rental pick up spot. Although I had to wait for about 40 minutes for a car; needed a SUV, they found one elsewhere; had it delivered; cleaned spotlessly there at this lot, and thoroughly sanitized. Professional young people worked here and were very solicitous in bringing me a chair so I could sit outside, under a tree and supplied with a glass of ice cold water.

Extremely slow service especially when there is 3 people working here. It never takes this long when I rent with Avis. I’m only using enterprise because I get a discount through insurance.

I’ve visited many Enterprise locations and the staff here is one of the friendliest and most accommodating to their customers. The manager, Johnny, was especially helpful to my situation and made it a point to go above and beyond in order to provide me with excellent service and ensure I got to where I was going on time! Not only this but this was the best rate by $100+ across the Bay Area. I’d definitely rent here if you have the chance.

The place was amazing honestly really cool. They came picked me up from my house and joked with me the whole time. I didn't even go inside we did everything by car which took 5 minutes. The best part he gave me a choice between a dodge charger and full size SUV @sedan price and only charged me $100 deposit.

The team working there is really professional i forgot the lady’s name but she stopped doing what she was doing and attended me right away and helped me pick a car and got me on my way real quick. When I returned the car she came out right away and got me on my way service is really fast if not busy.

Great crew - Tyler and Rudy! Quick check out, great options of cars. Good coordination with Geico insurance that helped me get a replacement car within a couple of hours of my car going to workshop.
