Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The guys were super nice but the car is dirty and I did not notice that the back seat was not even vacuum and is missing a floor mat, tried to call the branch but no answer. I just got the car 4 hours ago.

Updating my earlier review, which was low, due mostly to policy and procedure matters, not front-line people, who tend to be great at this location, the earlier and current requirement of bringing in a current utility bill etc seems unnecessary and a waste of all of our time, on my latest rental Danny was exceptional and I will continue to rent with them as they are near my house

Completely positive experience from
Start to finish. The woman who helped me was friendly, helpful and patient. Kudos to this location for hiring such a wonderful employee! I will always use this company in this location.

I must compliment Helen, there was also a gentleman that helped me as well. They are running that business, so fast, so smooth, amazing! I was beyond impressed. They just kept moving.
Helen was so nice, professional and proficient. I ended up keeping the car for several more days than I originally reserved. Helen just handled everything. ZERO stress.

My partner were looking to rent a car for 6 days, we were told that it would be cheaper to go ahead and rent for 7 days because of a discount that applied when you rent for a week. They booked the car for a day earlier than we had asked instead of an extra day at the end of when we needed it. So, when we went to go get our car we were "a day late" and there were NO OTHER CARS AVAILABLE in the entire San Francisco area apparently. We had to book a car through a whole new service and show up hours late to our destination.
