Ms. Patel, the branch manager, was very rude to me on the phone prior to me arriving. Upon arriving I noticed she was wearing Adidas flip flops during business hours. She was rude to me again upon returning the vehicle. Awful experience, will never go back.

So many good things to say about this location: staff was very friendly; they acknowledge you even when they're busy with other customers; if/when anything is wrong, they make up for it enough so that you're able to forgive the inconveniences; they return items left behind, as was my case with a valuable item, and waited for me to pick it up even after two days of rental return. They might not have had the car I needed, but their customer service more than made up for that. My only complaint is parking is tight, but that's beyond their control.

I am incredibly grateful that Enterprise offered me a great deal on the rental given that I had just been in a car accident. Rajanee (sp?) and Jazmin at the Long Beach location were kind and efficient and provided me with a wonderful rental car. They, and other staff, were also very accommodating each time I called to extend the rental (as I had a hard time finding a new car). The drop-off in Roseville was also very easy and I was incredibly thankful that they accepted my return even though I arrived a little after closing time. It was awesome that I didn't have to return the car at the same location. Thank you so much everyone at Enterprise for your help and kindness and for making a tough situation (accident) a little less painless. You all are the best!

This place was really great to work with! Worked specifically with Jasmine and Roshni and they couldn’t have been nicer. Will only rent from them from now on.

I may be butchering her name, but Rashni and Jasmine were outstanding. I arrived about an hour early and they already had a lobby full of people. They were very friendly and were able to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. Next to my coffee, these two ladies were the best part of the day. Thank you.

I had an big issue concerning my car rental. Had delt with Enterprise call in center, another branch manager. The NEW manager at Hawaiian Gardens was more than happy to help me, solve the issue, wanted to do what ever it would take to make it right and send me along as a happy customer who will use this branch again. I'm a person who has a lot of interaction with businesses weekly, has owned many businesses and I'm well aware of what good/bad customer service looks like. The manager at Hawaiian Gardens talked to me on the same level (not condescending, down to me, or like I was a irritation) and right away wanted to fix the problem. He did not offer BS excuses, or double speak. He immediately wanted to fix the issue and make sure I was happy. Cudios to this young man for being a good example of what customer service should look like.

First time very disappointed with Enterprise employees. The branch manager name Roshni over charged me, she didn’t keep her words what she said to me at the beginning of the rental…. A few time I asked, she always said she remembered but at the final bill she end up charge me more than what I suppose to pay, when I try to find out she gave me attitude and hang up on me while I’m still on the phone waiting for her. Really unprofessional, she shouldn’t be the branch manager at all from what I see. Very bad. I went to this location before but I never had any bad experience with the employees at all, they were very helpful and honest.

The people at this Enterprise went above and beyond to help me. My insurance was messing up the reservation so I ended up sitting at this location for 2 hours. During this time they were exceptional kind and helpful. After and during the process of renting the car out they were also very sympathetic towards my situation. Everyone was very nice but Tiffany and Rodolfo were two that were very helpful throughout the whole process.

Not the largest selection of cars but their wonderful customer service makes up for it. They all are exceptional and they really go out of their way to make you happy.

Was told had a car ready. I walked over. Was told my credit card was declined and could not rent from enterprise any longer. I had cash 3 debt cards with thousands of dollars.they did not like my out of state license and address.also that I would be taking truck out of state. Was set up by geico insurance! Also up charged me 4 different insurances when I have full coverage. Over 750$ for 3 days.

I rented a vehicle for over a month and a half. I received a call from manger stating I was behind I checked I wasn't. He called asked me to return vehicle I said ok would I receive a replacement he said no that I needed to return vehicle I said ok I need to wash and clean it so I wouldn't be charged. So I did filled it up with gas next morning they impounded it. I had been in communication with. Manager I had been paying for a month and a half. The manager treated me like a criminal or as if I was gonna take off with vehicle. Now I received a bill that I owe them $ 585 how, where, why thats crazy I have the keys still instead of asking them back they were real quick to charge me $585 I was left with out a car stuck and lost money. I thought we had a good business report I guess not! He send me a 1st class letter as if he wasn't in contact with me they did the towing send letter just to make it seem as if I was not going to return vehicle. They were expecting it to be dirty etc to charge me and it wasn't I cleaned it filled tank they are grimmey.

Reserved a premium car eight weeks in advance, got a call the night before rental date that a premium wasn't available. This was a big disappointment, if I wanted something other than a premium, I'd have reserved something other. Okay, it'll work out. Saturday AM, quite busy, employees doing well. I was given a VW Tiguan with a check engine light on, was told probably not shut off after an oil change, do I want to change cars. The Nissan Pathfinder was next in line, change of cars went well. I live two blocks away, so not a far drive. Sunday AM, ready to leave for a 300 mi.drive, Pathfinder vibrates. Discovered RR tire has a bulge in tread. Called Enterprise Road Service, was asked if I could get it to an open branch, responded yes, was told they have cars. Got there and was told they have none they could give me but another branch did have cars. Drove to that branch and got a mini van.bingo, Yosemite, here we come! Didn't, at all, like that I was given a car with a check engine light on originally, and if you don't have a premium, don't advertise that you do, and how could someone not notice that The Pathfinder had a pronounced vibration? Although I've rented numerous times from Enterprise, this time was quite troublesome. Will see what happens next time, I have another rental scheduled in July.

Very easy with members booking via on-line. Friendly when arrived and efficient service. They didn't have the model range I booked and had to paid higher rate for the next size. So maybe good to call to check it out what is currently available.

I made appointment on 12/30/20 for today i get there before 12: 00pm no car's and I waited 1 hour and no car. I didn't have time to keep waiting For a car so i cancel and i just took the bus. I'll keep my money in my packet. Bad business Enterprise

Great service. They picked me up within a minutes, car sanitized, clean, full tank of gas. Few minutes of paperwork and I was done. I highly recommend this company

Vanessa at the Anaheim Street, Long Beach location was awesome! She took
Acre of my situation and made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. I felt like a VIP! I will definitely return to this Enterprise location
