Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Called before I went. This was the only of the 3 nearby locations able to accommodate during Thanksgiving week. In and out in less than 15 min.

I received a call back over phone on requesting information on some used vehicles for sale. The woman on phone was very patient and answered my questions well.

I can’t say more about how friendly and helpful Mike was during our car rental needs. He made it super quick and easy to get into our rental, and when we needed to change cars that wasn’t an issue. Mike at this location has clearly used the tools that Enterprise gives him to become his very own BOSS!

Chris Ramirez was extremely helpful with getting me get a truck rental! Answered all my questions and provided outstanding service with the process and made it so easy! They know what they’re doing. Will rent with this enterprise again in the future! Thanks Chris!

Mike set me up with a very nice 2022 clean Toyota camery, showed me all the functions for my trip. Even gave me his number in case I had questions or concerns. Such a nice experience making reservation online and getting the product you are hoping for.

First the air conditioning didn't work 2nd there closed Sunday so got charged for an extra day that I didn't need, ya had a drop box but still you get charged for the day their closed. Next time I'll find better oh and filled up tank and was charged for 2 gallons at 8.50 a gallon unjust.

Amazing service at this location and the Concord Ave location. Always fast and friendly. I have had my every need catered to here. Excellent service. I LOVE renting from this place!

The enterprise on Concord Ave is one of the best. I recommend placing your reservation online, when you arrive the car is ready to go. The longest I have waited was 10 mins.also the pickup / drop-off is wonderful always on time polite drivers

Place was great. Kelli the girl who helped me was so sweet and really knows her job. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to rent a car but make sure to bring your insurance policy if you are renting with a debt card.

Went to drop off a rental. One of the male workers entered the small office area with his mask under his chin. I have lost friends to COVID. My wife asked him to put his mask on and was told by him that he was 6’ away. Terrible experience!

There is this assistant manager Kelli Schneider, she is rude, every question I asked she looked confused.not willing to help me at all to make a customer happy! She didn’t have a intermid size vehicle available, instead on upgrading me to a full size sedan she decided to made me wait 53 min! Terrible service! She needs training, she needs to be more caring.
Completely disappointed I waited 53 min to get sent home with a tiny corrolla! I have a beautiful suv luxury and spacious! I was treated pretty ugly. No customer caring 0 care.
