Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had a great experience with Enterprise. Everyone was helpful, thoughtful and kind. Only one little issue: My car had dog nose smudges all over the inside windows. Dogs were specifically mentioned verbally as not allowed in their cars. I don’t have pets right now. Kinda gross.

Disappointed in Oceanside. We reserved a Premium SUV two weeks in advance to attend my father in-laws funeral. When we arrived the desk agent asked for a credit card for deposit. We've rented the same vehicle from the same location before and they did not ask for a credit card. It would have been nice to know their would be a credit card required at pick up. We happened to be on our way to a funeral. The only car they wanted to offer us was a Subaru Forester. After walking the parking lot in 120 degree heat I was finally able to haggle for a Buick. They charged me the same price as the car we were supposed to get and charged the deposit on my bank card, which is what I suggested they do for the car we had originally reserved. Way to go guys.

Fast, convenient and friendly staff. Rented a truck for the weekend, prices were fair. Will use again.

Leon and his staff are amazing. Best Enterprise location I have been at. I rented a car with them for over two months. Communication was great and they were very flexible.

Leon, the branch manager, is an amazing person! I could not have been more happy with the customer service and professionalism he displayed! He not only helped us with the rental but also helped with some ideas to do around town while we were there. I can not express how much I appreciated this guy (and he has a fancy accent). He made our trip and our day in San Diego one of the best days we have had in a long time.

The Jones Rd location is full of professional employees that "actually" help you and work to solve your problems.

They did not show me how to use the vehicle. Just gave me the key and pointed. When I returned it yesterday he was confused as to how many days I was allowed to have the car and did not close out my contract. Which makes me uncomfortable.

One of the best Enterprise stores I’ve been to. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Tuvone C was such a helpful salesman and took his time out to find me the perfect car! 5 stars on customer service!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!
I had called to reserve a sports car, a corvette to be specific for my Dad’s birthday. I reserved it two weeks in advance. I asked multiple times to be sure if it was possible to guarantee the specific car I wanted, they assured me yes but that they can’t guarantee the color or year of the car but that it would for sure be a corvette.
So I went ahead and booked it.
The morning of when I’m supposed to pick up the car, they call me an hour earlier to ask me if I’d like a Tesla instead. I said, “no thanks, I reserved a corvette, is there a problem? ”

Basically long story short. They 100% MISLED me into thinking I would for sure have what I wanted ready for me and that did not happen. Actually they told me twice I was for sure getting it but that it would be a couple hours later.
I said okay but I never heard back.
The day is now almost over and still no car. I finally just called to cancel the whole thing.
It really sucks because it was a surprise birthday gift for my Dad and he didn’t get to have his gift.
THEY ARE NOT DEPENDABLE AND THEY ARE LIARS! BEWARE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Warning these people are sharks. Had my car repaired by Lens auto body. Insurance covered my rental but they got me for over $600 in fees. Knowing that my insurance covered my rental car for collision. Even my insurance company told me they are sharks and that’s how they make money. Just be carful. They are sharks. Won’t ever do business with them again and will spread the word about this. Sharks Enterprise!

Terrible experience. Inconsistent. Not customer friendly. Went over with a reservation for a “we pick” then they gave me two options, when I chose
Option B, it suddenly became $5 more a day. Shady business practices. Not customer friendly. I was brushed off and walked home. They don’t care about loyalty.

I forgot my daughter money, I call for it they said they founded, still waiting they supposed call me back 1 week ago

Staff at the Oceanside Enterprise office off 76 near the Oside airport are always extremely helpful. They made sure the type of car I reserved was on hand and ready to go. Thanks again for making it so easy to rent a good quality car!
