I had a great experience at Enterprise on Garnet Ave San Diego. Marianna checked me in upon arrival and was AWESOME! She was professional and very friendly and responsive. A day or two into my trip I got a message asking how everything was going with the car? Wow, that’s never happened before! Incredible. Marianna was there when I returned the car. It was seamless. I will come back here on my next trip as they now have my loyalty. Thanks for being super great!

Was booked a rental through USAA after another driver with that insurance rear ended me. The rental car was vandalized and I/my insurance was responsible for the damages, despite booking through an insurance company. After being charged my total deductible, the automatically took more money out of my account without contacting me to explain the charges.

We rented a Toyota RAV4. It was in excellent condition. Checkin and checkout were smooth. Overall, a great experience.

Martin is the man! Came and picked me up and made everything simple and easy thecway it should be! Even recommended some places to check out while we had the vehicle!

They NEVER answer their phone, they called and left me messages asking me to call them back and every time I tried I was not able to get ahold of them, I had to GET AN UBER ALL THE WAY THERE just to speak to someone only for them to tell me the vehicle wouldn't be available til tomorrow, got an uber back home and then THE SAME THING HAPPENED THE NEXT DAY, my vehicle was not available again. My whole trip was ruined, I wasted like $70 on ubers and these people could care less.editing to add clarification, I had a reservation BOOKED for all of this.

Takes a long time to get picked up and the cars are always damaged. The team there is very nice though.

Staff was always helpful, Marianne (i believe that was her name) at this location is amazing. And went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy she was very pleasant and friendly every step of the way. Despite the unusual series of events that clearly caused much more work for her and her staff.

This is a long overdue review. I have been going to the Garnet Enterprise as long as it has been open as I live close by and need to rent a car due to my own vehicle repairs. Every single associate who has helped me has been courteous and go above and beyond. They really do care about their customers. A few tips: make a reservation and be there on time to pick up your car. Give yourself at least an hour as it is a busy location, especially in the summer. The cars are also clean and in good condition

I always get treated like badly here. I was the first person to check in today but 4 people got helped before me. After Melissa took my information, she decided that I could wait and she should start 2 returns, 1 check out, and 1 extension on rental. …. And I’m still waiting even though I was the first to check in. I got there before 9 am, and wanted to make sure I was in and out because I had to be in OB by 10 am. I didn't get finished getting help until 9: 35 so I was 10 minutes late getting to OB.

This isn't the first terrible customer experience at this branch and I know it won't be the last as long as Melissa is there.

It's a leadership problem. The customer service and competency at other branches are so much better. In fact the 1 good interaction I had at the PB branch was because the Enterprise manager from downtown was filling in for someone.

I also rent with a claim number and PB branch never seem to understand that, even though my claim is on file.in the notes from my reservation.

I really wish I didn’t live in walking distance of this branch. I honestly might Uber to a different branch next time.

My family has rented from this place several times. The last two they have tried to scam us by saying the car is damaged or dirty and charge us extra fees. Cleary looking for a payoff. Do not go here. There are plenty of other options in San Diego.

Reserved a vehicle with a rep and was told we would be able to drop off Sunday. Flew to San Diego and paid for an Uber to get here only to be told after arriving that we could not do what the rep said and would only be allowed to drop off on Monday after our plane left. So now after planning our whole trip we are without a car the whole time and had to cancel several plans we had including a trip to visit friends we haven't seen in years.

Had reservation and confirmation and contract for 7 days, car return on July 4th.
Good luck I did not have to fly out on the 4th because the station was closed the return day without prior notice and no way to leave the car or key.
But worst, bringing back the car next day they charged the credit card an extra day cause I had the car a day longer. Contract did not interest the station manager. Now I need to go through the credit card company to get my money back. Lots of wasted time because of her (manager) incompetence.

Manager called me and confirmed at 4pm Monday my van for pickup Tuesday 8am. I arrived at 730 and nothing available. It's 830 still nothing. Other customers in and out no problem. No eta on van. Lies about where its co.ing from now. El Cajon 1st now the airport. Lie apon lie. This location has a manager "samantha"who cares more about herself then customers. Thanks for yet another delay by bad customer service.missing a window to move while I wait and wait.

We ordered a large suv the night before but when we were there they told us the car we ordered was not available anymore. Large suv drivers also need to be above 25 and a credit card holder but they did not clarify on their website. How ridiculous. Do not rent with enterprise unless you have a plan B
