Renting - Rented a car 2 weeks ago. Enterprise picked me up from my location and help me pick out a car. The staff was very friendly and nice.
Returning - very easy and quick. I dropped off the car they looked it over and was done. Staff again very nice and friendly. I recommend this Enterprise Rent a car location.

Very efficient, organized, on the ball staff. Everyone was very friendly, accommodating and kind. About as perfect as a rental place can get. They were fast and we never had to wait to get service.

I really appreciate they offer pickup service. The driver was friendly and efficient. Everything went smoothly at the pickup location, and I was able to choose a full size sedan full feature for $3 than a standard mid size. All staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful.

Reserved a car on March 14 for today April 7 at noon upon arrival and checking in told nothing available or expected until late afternoon after 4: 00 pm and that they would call. While there at least three people were told their reservation weren't available either!

Let’s just say… Ben Rocks! We rented a car for our family to go to Vegas for the weekend not only did he help us out but he was spot on telling us how much it’s going to cost and honoring the price even though it was different than what was booked. He was nice and very authentic. And we will definitely be coming back and hopefully Ben will get to take care of us again. Thank you for our excellent experience and the car was really amazing we had a premium SUV/Suburban.

They where short on staff, but they still got the job done. Great service and really friendly.

Great rental company. Always have good service, only company I know of that will pick you up and drop you off if needed. Good selection of vehicles, great loyalty program. And the Santee location is staffed with wonderfully professional and friendly folks. Have used this rental location multiple times and have never had a bad experience.

The customer service was poor I had to wait almost 2 hours to get my car as they help people who came in after me and left before me it was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had a car rental

Under the strictest idiotic illegal run state restrictions, I felt the struggle these professionals have to deal with and still be remarkably kind and ready to get you on the road.

I've been here a few times. It's a small location, so sometimes they don't have the car you ordered. They always go the extra mile to get you a suitable replacement. Really nice and professional team!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made a reservation for a Tesla to be picked up from this location. I called them 3 days in advance just to make sure the car would be there. It was my fiance's birthday and I wanted to rent a nice luxury car for us to cruise around in. When I first called, the employee was very nice and said as long as I give them a few days notice, they'll have the car there for me no problem, but to call back the next day just to check on the status. So when I called the next day, a different lady was helping me and she said she was working on getting the Tesla from the Kearny Mesa location, but they should most likely have it there tomorrow for me to pick up. She called me 1 hour before they closed for the day and told me that they can't get the Tesla to Santee. She advised me to call Kearny Mesa and see if I can pick up the car there instead of Santee. I called Kearny, at first they said they didn't have any Tesla's available that day. So I asked to speak to a manager because I made a reservation for a specific car and that's what I wanted. After a few minutes on hold, the guy said they'll have the Tesla available for me to pick up tomorrow morning. Great! Except when I went there the next day to get it, they wouldn't accept my debit card for payment. They would only take a CREDIT card, which I don't have. I had all the cash I needed to rent this car, but because my card said "debit" on the front, they wouldn't accept it. So long story short, I didn't get the car that I reserved and I went through all this trouble and phone calls for nothing. I was assured that I would get the Tesla, then a day before my pick up I got told they can't get the car to Santee. I am very disappointed and displeased with the service I got. After this experience, I won't be using Enterprise ever again.

I have never been more disappointed and dissatisfied with a enterprise, this location does absolutely nothing to try to help you out, I book a reservation, and they don't have it, keep in mine I booked a premium l l, and they tried to give me a compact, then tried to up sell me for $60 dollars more a day, because of entrprise mistake. I've never been more let down by the level of customer service, from a enterprise location, I've rented cars from enterprise across multiple states and get seller customer service every time, but yet every entrprise I've went to in the state of California, it seems the employees that represent enterprise, learn how to give sub par customer service, from the moment I showed up there was no compassion gretting just "what you here for" upon arrival, no offer to make it right, no offer to call me if they get a premium vehicle, 0 stars to this location if I could, tried calling multiple times on different days to no avail.

Very slow service. If you’re in a hurry and have some where to be, you’re gonna be late. Took literally 20 mins to turn in a car. Was promised a ride home and ended up in an Uber for $15

We love this location! We've rented from here multiple times over the past couple of years, and it's always a breeze. Customer service is always great, and we don't ever feel stressed or overwhelmed. The cars are well taken care of, and clean. They also have overnight drop off, which I consider a huge plus for car rentals.

I have used Enterprise before and always had fantastic service.the young ladies that helped me on the 15th and currently are still helping me we're just amazing! Thank you Enterprise for the best service!

A lot has changed at Enterprise since I used to rent a lot usually for new management and very technical and I didn't really enjoy your hospitality I would also believe charged extra for deposit but that's not better for him anyways I got the car I used it drove it to San Diego and enjoy the car

Amazing service they didn't have the rental I had originally wanted (needed to have work done) and gave me the option of a free upgrade or to come back in 2 hours! Got to love having options and them making it as easy as possible
