Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Online they told me that they did not have pick up service at this store! So I got a ride there and I was early! But I needed to have the car for the time I had set it for so Jay the young man that helped me said no problem! I was very great full for that because I had a doc. Appointment! The car was ready when I got there and it didn't take very long to be on my way!

Easy access to a rental. I really appreciate the up grade, however, I really want the clean car I ordered.not a dirty upgrade I didn't.

I would like to give them a 0. Walk into this location where the office smells like cigarettes. After them telling us that we can't have pets or smoke in the car, we go into the car, and it smells like cigarettes. After driving 2 miles, it starts saying oil change soon. I was driving out of state. I call the location where I got it and Kevin answered the phone. They were only open for 20 min, and he put me on hold and never got back to me. I call the 800 number, and she said I needed to drive an hour away or go get an oil change myself. This is all happen the day before Christmas Eve. They have rude, lazy customer service and employees.

I had a reservation today at noon. They didn't have my rental available. In fact, they had no others cars available. Did they bother to call me to let me know that my car was not available BEFORE I came in? Nope. Get your systems and processes fixed Enterprise.

The customer service representative was very nice and friendly, and got me out of there quickly. They did not have someone to come get me and I had to wait most of the day to get a car.

Detail surrounding including the parking areas look like an old town. Trying to rent a car for Saturday but I have to pick up Friday and return it by Monday that will be 4 days because they'll be closed for Holidays. No return car to park and leaves And no key drop box. So my cost will be just a bit less than $500. Wow a very amazing deal. Sorry!

Great people good customer service.i told them that I am going to the mountains he upgraded us to a better 4x4 truck ready to go ready for snow we had a blast very cheap as well

Ethan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to get me the perfect vehicle for my family vacation.

Unfortunately not a good experience had to deal with an individual who is apparently out of the country was unable to help not only didn't know the area didn't even know California

I had set up to have a car reserved and be picked up at auto repair shop at 9 am. The repair shop called Enterprise at 9 am. They said they would be there in 15-20 min. They called back at 9: 15am, said they were too busy to come pick me up. So the repair shop person took me to Enterprise, 3miles away. When I got to Enterprise I was checked in. Then had to wait while people came in after me were given a car. I was told a person was gone to pick up more cars. While I was shown a car right outside, that "might" be available. I finally got a car at 10: 36am. I had told the man I needed to be at an appointment. I was running late, but was able to be seen. NOT HAPPY! With the service from this location!

Terrible place! I spoke with OMAR the assistant manager here and he would not let me rent a car. He was going out of his way to make up new reasons why I couldn't rent a car there. Main reason he didn't let me rent the car was I didn't have 2 utility Bill statements on me. When have you ever needed a bill statement to rent a car? And then one of them was past due, he looks at it and says, "oh it can't be past due! " Like are you kidding me. I also went out of my way to even find my bill statement online for him to then say it couldn't be past due. I wasted a couple of hours here to walk out with NO CAR RENTAL. I then ask Omar if they need my bill statements for their records and he says, " no I just need to see them". I was furious and got the managers name which is Kevin and left hours after I had went to this pathetic location. Funny thing is I had just left the banning location and they didn't ask me for utility bill statements. When I mentioned that to Omar he had nothing to say. OMAR is completely rude and I would NEVER even think of returning to this location.

Went in to pick up a car I had reserved online about a week prior. Unfortunately at the time of my arrival due to unforeseen circumstances the vehicle wasn’t there at the time. Omar, the employee on duty at the time of my arrival, as well as the other on site staff and all others I interacted with that day busted their butts and were making calls non stop to get me a vehicle. After several hours, a vehicle was acquired for me.
The entire office and all staff I dealt with that day were professional, courteous and 100% transparent on the entire situation. Car was clean and obviously had been sanitized and wiped down when I got it. 10 out of 10 would use them again.

Bad customer service. Cars are dirty. They don’t even give filled up gas tank. The supervisor’s name is Omar. He is unprofessional. Strongly not recommended!

Busy busy busy place. No good selection of vehicles. No real solutions to car shortage. Staff seemed overwhelmed both times i was there. Car rental places should have cars for rent not excuses.

Worst experience ever! I rented a week ago no problems, I reserved a truck ahead of time a day before, Fabian Cardiel the representative on site tells me I need a major credit card to rent or proof of address which no one ever told me when I reserved the truck and I have done business with them before?
They just caused me a bundle of money with there misinformation causing me to loose work. Never will I rent from enterprise again and I will spread the word! Thanks Fabian but no thanks!

Their commercials are BS. They cannot provide wuth any car you want. And a Tesla is not a sports car. Its a family car! Very disappinted in their BS advertisement.
