On both visits to this location Yesenia took care of me. She was polite and professional and very efficient. She was just plain awesome! Would totally recommend.

Yesenia was the individual who helped me. Upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile and she began helping me right away. She showed me around to the vehicles that were available and made sure I was happy with my rental before leaving. I was thankful for the updates on the rental as I was waiting for the car to be cleaned. She was professional, knowledgeable, quick, and kind. I honestly thought she was great and I’m happy she was the one who helped me!

I was involved in an accident where I am in
need of a car for 20 days. I went to this branch
since my insurance which is Farmers chose
them. They put me in a 2020 Nissan armada
with 60,000 miles that requires service
maintenance has bad brakes has a steering
wheel that's not even straight because it needs
alignment and the car has no windshield wipers
and since been its raining I'm not even safe in
this car because the windshield wipers are not
working. I called and they promised that they
would switch me out and would call me back
not only did they not do that but the manager
and their staff. Not only did they not call me
back to tell me that they have no car to put me
in. They expect me to drive this junk even
though it's raining with no wipers and all the
service do and not to be upset about this stay
away from this place and their rental company
is total joke. She even made a smart comment
about me working for a certain place and how I
should understand shortage when she doesn't
understand customer service and
professionalism and I don't know how she got
the job title and the job. Avoid this place.

I TURNED THE VEHICLE IN A DAY EARLY, BUT THE AGENT DIDN'T CREDIT ME FOR THE TIME.
I NEED THAT DAY CREDITED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD

Great experience! They were busy but still kept great customer service a priority. And the wait wasn't that long, so they were obviously hustling.

This location is completely unprofessional. They gave me a car with only a quarter tank of gas and advised me to just bring it back with the same amount. How on earth can I guarantee that? I now have to fill up the tank with the extraordinary CA gas prices and hope I run it down to 1/4 tank on the exact day my car is out of the autobody shop? They are basically scamming and hoping I give them gas? When did this become a thing?

I had such a good experience that when I needed a car again it was an easy decision to come back to this enterprise.

The manager, Andrew, is both professional and friendly. Before you drive the car he helps you learn the nuances of the vehicle!

Thank you for take care of me. I just wished the car would have been ready for pick up on time. It was ready after 45 min later then expected, I was late to my doctor's appointment.

Never felt the need to write a review before but to see a popular business with employees this unprofessional and rude needs to be shared (if not for your benefit then at very least for a scorned persons need to vent). Absolutely horrible customer service! Get ready to be stuck on hold forever followed by even more deplorable service in person. Seeing enough other bad reviews with such similar experiences at this location make the positive ones look like fake experiences meant to buff up a rating.

I am never one to even write reviews. But about two months ago my car was damaged and my insurance company made a reservation with enterprise. I, as a first time renter did not know exactly what came along with that. To my understanding, the options that are given then are a one time fee. I decided to go with the collision insurance which came out to be 30.99 a DAY. Had i of known this if the rep explained it better and if i would have gone inside i would have read the entire agreement but since we were outside the sun was in the way and i could barely read anything on the tablet. Speaking with my insurance provider they made it clear that i am not the first person this happens to. This happens to MANY people and its sad to say that the reps here are not clear whatsoever on their add ons. They kind of just want you out the door so that you can get this MAJOR bill at the end of your agreement. Anyways, we spoke to a manager here and he was no help at all. There was nothing he can do because this was over 2 Months ago, WHEN I did IN FACT reached out via Email and over the phone within DAYS of this charge and got no response at all.so here we are 2 months later dealing with my bank since then. I would not recommend anyone to this location! And I will let anyone I know who needs a rental to NOT get the coverage or any add ons this company offers.

Did my reservation online and I got my rental as soon as I got there! Didn't expect that! I highly recommend for everybody to make the reservation online and input your info to knock it out of the way for when you get to enterprise because it literally takes a second to get your rental! ;)

Andrew and Hannah are wonderful at this location! I've been dealing with a lot of different stressors lately, but making sure I have a vehicle has not been one of them. They're super personable and always take the time to explain any questions I might have about the car or pricing. I had to get my rental after a traumatic accident, but their customer service and positive attitudes really improved my whole experience. Thanks guys!

Can never go wrong with Enterprise! Car I rented was very clean in this covid-19 era. Great prices. Will recommend!
