Outstanding service and attention from Tania & Adrian, either at pickup or return.

One thing is that car seat offered are not recommended for infants rear facing and wipers didn’t work properly.

Congrats to Tania and Adrian for their attitude and service.

Kadesha was AMAZING! These employees at this location have the patience of a “saint” I have no complaints. Coming and going they are always busy but when my time came, I was taken care of professionally and I left happy. I rated 4 stars because of the extremely long wait. The employees are five-star hands down! Thank you again, Kadesha!

I visited the Enterprise rent a car and was immediately greeted by Chasidy. Right away she was able to assist me with all my needs. I was having a bad day like anyone having to deal with a dealership but Chasidy made my day better by helping me with all my rental needs. Thank you.

The ladies that help me were very helpful in getting me the right vehicle at the right price. I prefer this location over any other location due to how timely my needs were met.

Danae, Tammy, Chasidy, Caitlyn, Tramel are awesome! I love renting from their location because of their 5 star customer service. Everyone is super positive and always smiling. I love how I always get a call after my rental asking about my experience at Enterprise and if I was completely satisfied. As customer for almost the last 10 years I am 100% completely satisfied. Great job team!

Tammy and her team of Caitlyn, Danae and Chasidy ensured everything with the rental went amazing. Picked up and dropped off at the Dodge dealership and checked up on how I liked the car. An amazing experience!

Rented a box truck from them, had to return after hours and was told by Jackie at truck rental office if I return after hours and not the next day will be charged only $20 and not the full day rental. Sure enough I get a call next day saying I was charged an extra day, I call back talk to someone and they said they will correct it, sure enough I get a receipt emailed saying I was charged an extra day. Been trying to call back but it's hard to get a hold of anyone. So much hassle to fix a simple mistake on their part. I bet if it was the other way around it would get resolved in a minute.

Ongoing issues receiving a refund for the rental that Perry Dodge was late in payment on. Enterprise received payment almost a month ago and still hasn’t reimbursed me. I’ve gotten the runaround from all angles. No contact from the accountant as promised, and no return calls or email replies from managers.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service that I received at Enterprise. My wife and I have been regular customers for years and we don’t rent cars from any other company. The staff is very courteous, professional and will go the “extra mile” to make sure you are taken care of.

Im giving 2 stars the lady who helped me was great very polite and professional but the issue i haveis with the reservation team now i was never informed about a deposit while booking the res i get there finish inspections and the lady tells me that there is i wasnt prepared for that and now had to cancel my res because of misinformation thanks guys

This is my go to location for renting vehicles. I've never had a problem with any of their cars and all the employees have been very friendly and never pushing you to get all insurances on the rental. I would like to thank Tammy, she gives that personal touch by remembering me and asking me about my travels and where I'm heading out this time.

These people should not be working with collision victims. I was supposed to be able to retrieve an SUV this morning after a debilitating car accident.

Because I only had a photo of my physical license and a viable passport, the delivery person immediately refused to give me the intended vehicle. He said I needed a physical license and suggested that I, who I could barely move post accident, astral project myself to the dmv, and left. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR COLLISION VICTIMS.

It was a very arrogant young man who immediately made it clear that he was way too cool to attempt to help in any way. Zero compassion for my situation or injuries. Didn’t say “I’m sorry” once. He just left me at the collision center and I had to call a Lyft. I cried the whole way home. Way to make an intensely traumatic situation worse.

Ronald I likeeee him! He explained something’s to me today that made no sense before. It was literally so simple idk why people don’t communicate the way he does. Also Victor he is cool too very helpful & knowledgeable. He was very friendly & quick about the process.

Worst customer service and their cars are junk. Don’t rent from here especially if you have been in a collision! If I could give zero stars I would.

I called up to ensure that they had a SUV and a person I spoke to reserved it for me. I was coming down from La Jolla when I got a call from the actual enterprise to let me know my suv had been rented out. The person I spoke to said let me try to accommodate you since your coming down and never called me back. I was stuck in traffic with a reservation and when I’m around the corner they tell me they rented the vehicle to someone else. Worst customer service I would not recommend this place to anyone! Enterprise what a shame on you customer service!

This review is very VERY overdue on my part but I just had to write a review on my experience with this team! Everyone here is very efficient, competent and patient considering how busy this location is! So please plan accordingly and be patient! Everyone is doing the best they can!

I'd love to specifically s/o and thank Tammy! She took her time to work with me and I really appreciate all she's done for me! I will never forget the kindness she has shown me during my experience at this location! Thank you so much, Tammy!
