Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a car from Oregon to eureka 1 way. Arrived on time and at drop off they attempted to make a claim against damage that we noted in Oregon. They were short and pushy and wanted me to sign a claim form and give my insurance. I refused I had to call oregon, and got the regional manager, not only did she state the damage was already noted prior to me renting but that they used a different level of bumper damage b4 filing a claim against a customer. The guy here had no idea what she was referring to, very uninformed. She asked me to hand the phone to the guy here and he refused. I had her on speaker phone while the guy kept walking away, he was not happy to talk to her. She said don't charge the customer as in Oregon the damage isn't chargeable, he wouldnt hear her.
Watch out people! Here in Cali they would charge for things already damaged on a car, Needless to say I'm lodging a complaint with corporate now. Very unsettling that they try to bill for old damages because of different states having different levels of what's considered damage. Be carefull!)

I am unhappy that I was charged 2 additional days as your office was closed on July 4th and 5th making it impossible to return the vehicle on time.

Car was ready as promised. Appropriate for our needs and trouble free. The Enterprise staff went out of their way to assist us.

When I rented a car after a 3 day weekend the staff worked hard to make sure their customers needs were met, even though it was well past the closing time.

The price for a last minute rental was fair. The after hours return was no hassle. I just put the key in the drop box and left.

Waited for about 45 mins for car to be cleaned windows we rolled them up it was cold were down once we got on the road it smelt very badly like dog I cannot have dog hair or dog smell told them that do to health issues makes me sick for days the guy that clean the car said it took him so long because the car was very dirty
