The car that I rented had a nasty smell in it. They tried to cover it up with some type of air freshner but at the end myself and others in the car ended up with a headache. We tried air out the car but that did not work. The front windshield was wet on the inside like someone had sprayed water on it. Not good car rental

Did not like my experience with enterprise Marina was nice but when it came time to return the vehicle I did not get my 100$ deposit back and yes car was brought back with full tank of gas and no damage they kept some of it and when I asked questions got the run around and was told I was charged for one extra day BUT my insurance covered my rental fees up to 900$ I feel I was scammed and overcharged I will not do business here anymore if you rent here ALWAYS check your charges

I've been renting cars for a while now and never had any problems. The employees are always friendly and efficient. One employee named Marina was very sweet and made everything easy and fast for me. Returning was easy for me also. Thank you Marina. If all employees were like you it would make everything easier. I will be renting here again.

Went to get a car rental from Enterprise after work (around 4: 45pm) with my wife through Progressive Insurance. At 4: 55pm the guy said that they only had SUVs available. Progressive only covers $30 a day and when I mentioned that an SUV is like $80 a day the guy said that Insurance Companies are charged a lower rate.

We mentioned that the guy before us turned down a Hyundai Accent, because he reserved a bigger vehicle 2 days prior and it wasn’t available. He said that they still had 2 people coming in later with a reservation (they close @5pm) he said that we’d still be paying like $12 a day because even though insurance pays at a lower rate they won’t cover everything at $30 a day.

I asked him why we’d be paying anything if insurance is charged a lower rate and online an Economy Car is $196.97 a week (196.97/7= $28.14 a day). He said that the insurance will pay a lower rate, but the insurance isn’t going to cover it all.

If your Employees are saying that insurance pays a lower rate than online, then how are they going to tell me that the rate that the insurance company is going to pay is the same rate that’s listed online?

Was surprised at the vehicle selection but talk about remote. They wouldn't pick me up! Was happy with the vehicle and rental process.

Fantastic service, very friendly staff, greated me as soon as I opened the door. Went over the paperwork and explained everything so well I had no questions. Walked me to the car I reserved (economy car) and suggested for safety and only a few dollars more I could upgrade to a larger vehicle due to the bad weather California was experiencing. I recommend you choose Enterprise for your next rental car needs

I would like to first say thank you to Geico Insurance Co for referring us to Enterprise Rental Car. I had spoke to Marissa this morning & scheduled a 3: 00 p.m. Pickup on a rental car. Dropped off vehicle today at Enterprise rental cars in Salinas went through the walkthrough vehicle return checklist with Gabriel, he made it very convenient with time to spare to jump in the shuttle then for a ride back to my residence thank you I really appreciate the convenience that Geico & Enterprize Rental for making my day a little bit easier to deal with under the circumstances. (A Job Well Done.)

I really like my first experience with enterprise. I needed a rental for the time my car was in the shop getting repairs. It was a very easy process and time was very efficient for me.

Their info on search engine shows they're open on Saturdays but they are not. I wasted an expensive lyft trip there. Thanks a lot engerprise careless car.

What a terrible experience. I’ve been waiting nearly an hour in line to get a car that I reserved. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for a rental, unless you don’t mind waiting for an hour or more.

Brianna the manager was super nice and made sure to take car of me. I rented a car through my insurance and even though I am 19 (renting is hard under 21:/) she was super nice and patient. She helped me deal with the insurance and got me into a cute car. When I turned it in, Julio helped me and he was super nice as well. I definitely recommend this place. We have rented a car from this establishment twice (my mom once and now me) thank you Salinas enterprise staff!

Terrible branch and customer service. Scheduled an appointment 3x and each time they didn't have a car available. The first time we came they tell us when we got there that the sedan they have smells like cigarettes and the other one is fully electric. Then I told the staff in person that I'm going back on Monday to switch out cars but when I called on Monday he said there was no appointment. So I told him to set up one the next day. Then when I called the next day before going in (because I know they wouldnt bother calling if there were no cars on my appointment date), they told us we had no appointment AGAIN. How many times do we have to call to set up an appointment and then confirm that appointment? They don't care about your time. Terrible. I've been really patient but this is too much. Not having transportation when you need and expect affects your plans and your work! Be better.

Update- they were really apologetic when I came back and explained what happened. They even gave me some additional upgrades on the car. Thank you.

My vehicle was hit-and-run at a hotel parking lot.

I completed a claim for repairs and car rental on my insurance's website.
I was able to select the type of vehicle I preferred, and the daily cost was listed when I filed the claim. No guessing!
On the day I was going to leave my vehicle at the repair shop, Enterprise delivered the car at the repair shop. I was able to keep the car rental until my vehicle was fixed. It was a very easy process.

Thank you Enterprise; I liked the car as well.
