20 I have spent over two hours on the phone trying to check in for my reservation. I called the LAX airport and push five to speak to an agent AT THIS LOCATION instead I was repeatedly transferred to the rude. These call centers are extremely rude and 100% ineffective and they have no idea how to assist with a check in. The link that you sent me did not work and all you provide me is a frustrating experience trying to reach the airport and getting transferred overseas.
ANSWER YOUR PHONE AND STOP SENDING US TO YOUR USELESS CALL CENTERS
I want to call out Jame & Efren with Enterprise at LAX, they were superb in helping me after fact. We returned our rental and gave the gentleman some feedback about the car. Nothing too horrible, but some nuisances and odd behavior from the vehicle. Mostly electronic that had the potential to cause more serious issues, but was manageable at the time. The main reason I brought it up was not to get money, but to help them make sure their customers were safe and had a good vehicle. However, they responded by issuing a credit to offset some of the inconvenience. They didn't have to do this as we had used points to purchase the rental and therefore it didn't actually cost anything. However, they did the right thing and it impressed me a good bit and will definitely use Enterprise going forward.

Usually I rent a car at LAX at another company, but this time rented from Enterprise. Efficient, organised and friendly from all staff. Very easy and quick with the help of Patrick, great guy friendly and knowledgeable. Great services Enterprise, can’t wait to get my reservation at Austin Tx next week

When I arrived for the first time in California at LAX with no idea where to rent a car and 3 other girls from Virginia, I was surprised at the level of hospitality and grace shown by Enterprise. We had been running around downtown Inglewood for around 5 hours since our plane landed looking for a place to rent a car and each place seemed more sketchier than the other, until we saw Enterprise.
Representative EJ was EXTREMELY helpful for us. He wanted our first experience in LA to be the best and he made our already stressful day into a MUCH better one. After meeting with EJ, we were met by another representative Elvis who helped us choose our car for the week. He was quick and helpful with the process giving us enough time to figure out our best fit vehicle.
As we were about to leave the Enterprise parking lot, we were met by another representative, whose name I can't remember, who showed us a magic trick and left us with a send off saying, "Welcome to California. ":)
Overall, Enterprise is the way to go. From their 24 hour service to their quick shuttles that take you straight to the airport. The corporate team should give EJ, Elvis, and the rest of the team raises for their amazing hospitality and kindness! (We even took a photo of our rental because we loved it so much)
Quick in and out, and top notch customer service. Enterprise is my go-to car rental company, because every time I try another, the experience is horrible.
I left my purse in the car rental, they reported it was found however stole 1600$ US from it and still haven’t followed up with us.
I had a 5 day rental and noticed after getting to hotel that car had mechanical issues. Engine light also came on. I contacted Enterprise to exchange cars at a location near my hotel and was given a hard time. I had to waste another several hours traveling back to LAX location to swap cars. Manager emailed me and said he will refund me $200 but never did. I'm fighting the charges with Expedia now. Never renting from Enterprise again!
Miranda is an absolute gem! We didn’t have a great experience with the shuttle to the office however Miranda was our saving Grace. We unfortunately had a flat tire on our first car, but we brought it back the next day and Miranda was there again to save the day! She handled everything with so much professionalism and made sure we were comfortable and away from the heat.
If you’re ever renting a car from this location ask/look for Caesar. His customer service is elite. We had two huge car seats for our children plus large luggage and Caesar went above and beyond to make sure we found a car that had the space and fit our needs. Beyond grateful for his help and friendliness.

Easy in and out. Got a few options to pick my car. Try to sell me a bit on some insurance but no big deal. Was no line at 7: 45am
I've left my cell phone at the front seat when I returned the car. I didn't realize that until I got on the shuttle to LAX. Traffic was really bad and it took me more than an hour to come back to the car. But the car was gone. This phone was belong to my beloved mother who passed away last year. Thanks to Shermay in Customer Service who made the effort to ask every department by intercom and found it. Also thanks to Marcus who brought my phone back. Much appreciated. This cell phone means a lot to me
Process was simple and quick, especially nice after a long-haul flight, return was smooth. No hard selling or trying to trick you into extras like most places do (also the extras are very reasonable). Staff from the shuttle driver to our rental agent were top class across the board, and I will continue to use this service.
All the cars in my size class were gone, so Miranda quickly got me an upgrade for the same price. Great job Miranda!
Again every employee from the booking to the drop off was exceptional. I appreciate all their kindness and help. Kudos to the young man in L. A.for hooking up the blue tooth and map. It kept me from getting lost on my long, long journey to my familys' house. So thanks Enterprise, again you are one of my two favorite rental agencies.
Quick, efficient, and friendly service. Kind of pricey for 2 days though. Almost $400 cdn for an SUV. We stayed in L. A the entire time and topped up the gas ourselves.
It's a shame that Enterprise always gives the same computer-controlled answer.we'd like to take a closer look at it. " Blah blah blah. A competent company would clarify this in public and certainly not let such problems arise.
