Great service, great staff…. Fast, efficient and friendly at the downtown El Segundo, California location.

Their website let me book a car for pickup at 6: 30 pm…they close at 5: 30pm.

The staff was so helpful & patient w customers (there was a particularly challenging one one the day I was picking up my car). They were knowledgeable & attentive even tho it was busy.

This is a small office in Wl Segundo w a small staff but customers were acknowledged & made welcome until each was taken care of.

Car was clean, team was able to give me a lift after I returned car which was a great help. I will absolutely rent here again.

Horrible experience. The manager here was very cold and not hospitable at all. Would not work with me to use debit for deposit even though customer service said they could if the manager would allow it. The lobby area is messy with things just laying around that could have been stored away. They also had run out of cars and multiple people were turned away even though they had reservations and were told to go to other locations.

Extremely easy to rent a vehicle. We looked online at the options available. Then simply placed a phone call that lasted maybe 5 minutes or less. When we showed up, Zack was ready to walk us out to the car. Then entire process could not have take more then 10 minutes. It was seamless! Prices were comparable to other agencies.

I was greeted when I entered, by Shanna or Shannan (sorry, if I misspelled her name) and she took care of me warmly. The gentleman who picked me up and returned me to my hotel, Llazar, was helpful.

Worst experience trying to get a car. Originally spoke with a really nice man yesterday who scheduled for me to pick up my car today after 12pm. I called at 1: 30pm today just to make sure my car was ready before I headed over there. Another man stated that my car wasn't ready yet and took my number down to call me when it was. I never received a call and now I am delayed another day without a car because this guy messed up. Called back and spoke to the original man I spoke with yesterday and he said my car was ready the whole time. I will be complaining to a manager tomorrow at pick up. Time to hire competent people.

Shannon and Zach were amazing in allocating the best car for us on two occasions. We required a 4WD version of a car we booked and they went above and beyond to coordinate the best car for us via another Enterprise location. I highly recommend renting your next car from the El Segundo branch.
