Worst Customer Service Ever! I was on hold for 25 minutes only to be hung up on; When I called back before getting 2 words out was placed back on hold and hung up on AAA needs new car rental car service provider

Ok Tyler Marzett this is for knocking it out of the ball park on Friday for us. Ok everybody if you guys need a car. This is the guy to see. Between him and the Enterprise team. They go above and beyond the call of duty! I had to jump threw some hoops yesterday. But they are the ones that pulled it together and made it happen. This is what I would call a great team. Now the car. It takes me at least 45 mins of looking over the car before we even start it. Then let it warm up and check all the electrical is working. Then the test drive. Folks turn the AC off and roll the windows down and listen to what the car sounds like. The test drive went excellent. Dear Enterprise you have got a well polished team here at this office. They are a bunch of overachievers like myself. Thanks again Tyler Marzett and the managers. Excellent job for making us feel so welcome and pulling this all together for us. What a great experience. Another great rental experience with Enterprise Montclair the staff their has never failed me awesome job guys.

Great, fast, super friendly and welcoming service, associate Alexis who met me at the place my vehicle will be left during the service came to pick me up right on time so o can be on time for work, she was very nice. Upon arriving at the office manager Erica was also very communicative on every step of the way, I felt safe! Definitely booking with them again!

Staff here is very friendly. I rented a car a few weeks ago and was out in no time. Was allowed to check the car for cleanliness and scratches to avoid blaming that on me. I was wished a good day and would definitely come back here

Will rent from here again! I booked on the app and showed up to pick up my car rental. I was immediately greeted by the office associates and accompanied to my vehicle by Lauren. She took time to walk me through the cleanliness and exterior condition of the vehicle, which I appreciated! I must say I was very impressed with Lauren's professionalism and patience. The whole process was fast and easy, and as I drove off the lot, another associate even kindly waved to me as I drove away. I was beyond impressed with this locations staff and conduct!

Montclair CA location was excellent! Nathan and Alexis were amazing! Friendly & Efficient! Nathan explained the billing process and costs. Alexis did a thorough inspection of car before I left. She explained their vehicle insur and with the crazy CA drivers I ended up getting it - Reasonable price.
Returning the car was very smooth process, even though I did not get an final email.
Will definitely be using this location in the future.

I posted the review below 4 months ago, as of today I still have not heard from anyone at enterprise other then from Chris who asked for my reservation number and a copy of my contract, which I forwarded right away. Never heard from him again. Would not recommend this company ever, and will never use them again. If your thinking about renting from them read the reviews. They have more then most companies terrible reviews.

I had a confirmed reservation for a cargo van for the weekend (Saturday-Sunday) I only needed it for 1 day but they are closed on Sunday so I had to take it for 2 days. Upon talking to the rental agent at the truck and van rental counter he advised me that they had no vehicle for me and basically sent me to the front counter where they rent cars stating it was there screw up. The front counter agents did everything they possibly could to help me even though I had rented a van not a car. Eventually they came up with a mini van. I was reluctant to take it as this meant I would now have to make several trips, but due to the pouring rain I agreed. We'll the sofa I was moving did take 3 trips and the corner piece just wouldn't fit at all. This meant I would need to take a day off work during the week when it wasn't raining to move it. So to make this as brief as possible, what should have been a 1 day rental at $59. Turned into 2 days plus missing a day of work and ended up costing me $500. I contacted customer service, never received a call back. A future upgrade or a discount on my next rental would have been nice, at the very least a call back from customer service. Nothing. I will never use Enterprise again. I had a confirmed reservation, this was not my fault, 100% Enterprises fault. Thanks for nothing Enterprise.

Make sure you really inspect! Before you take a vehicle, our rental has a nail in the tire, it leaked oil on our driveway, what a mess! After an accident the rental car should be the last of your worries, this place must do better at inspecting their vehicles before letting someone drive off with one.

I rented a car from this enterprise and ended up returning the car on other enterprise, and other place charged me drop-off price. However, I contacted montclair enterprise back and it was cleared in 30mins! Thank you again Jessi for quick response! She not only deleted the dropoff charge but also was very helpful on getting receipt, rebate, and etc. I will come back if I need to rent another car:)

Went to rent a car through my auto insurance.
They did everything they could trying to upsell me. When I wouldn’t agree to give Nate a “completely satisfied” review he refused to rent to me. Office manager Vinny actually said he was too busy to intervene and would not allow Melissa to help me either.
You guys operate like insurance scammers.

Clarence and Ivan were really great nice and I would get a car from them again. They are great ur lucky to have them on your team
