Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My last experience with enterprise was horrible. I was in a crash and needed a car to get back and forth to work. I made a reservation for the Brentwood ca office. They called me 20 min before my reservation to tell me they had no cars. That is all. No help with another location or anything. So I called the Walnut Creek office, no cars. Concord no cars. Enterprise truck rental. No trucks. I called the Vacaville office and was told they had cars. And gave me a new reservation. I had to get a ride there (an hour away). I got there they told me no cars and they didn’t have my reservation. I used my free day on my reservation and that is now lost as I never got a rental. And my points were not returned. I reached out to customer support for help. And got no response. The service people this company hires are no help at all.

The small SUV I rented was really in bad shape. The employee was very nice, but I really couldn't believe that they rent cars in that kind of shape. Really disappointed this time.

Great customer service! Makala and Griffen were amazing, and helped me a lot during the whole process from helping me select the right car, offering me an excellent insurance, to helping me with the car drop off… all hassle free. I would absolutely recommend this location for picking the best rental car. Makala, Griffen, and all the other staff members were extremely professional and attentive to details! 5/5

The rental car was great; had no issues. The person who checked out the car to me at Enterprise in Brentwood and checked it back in was great - very efficient and quick. I appreciated his attention to details.

These guys are always friendly and fast. Having to rent a car is or can be stressful, however ive always had pleasant experiences here. Thanks so much. I always chose this site because of the people who work here.

Be prepared to wait on hold for an hour or more if you need to be picked up. The automated answering system kept me on hold for about 10 minutes, then told me that it couldn't get through to the branch and that I should call back later. Rinse/repeat for over an hour. The first time this happened, I ended up having to cancel my reservation because the branch closed while I was on hold. The second time, I started calling 3 hours before my scheduled reservation. It took an hour for someone at the branch to answer. When I finally got through, I was assured that someone would pick me up at my scheduled reservation time, but they didn't actually arrive until about 20 minutes before the branch closed. This was very frustrating and stressful.

If I could give a negative star I would. Do not trust your vacation plans with these people. Twice we reserved a 15 passenger van months before our trip only to be told the day of that they didn’t have the van. These people do not respect reservations and have zero care for your vacation plans. There was no attempt in their end to find a solution. Do not rent from these people.

We needed an SUV for our trip to Oregon a few months ago. While the customer service was great, every vehicle that was available to us absolutely stank from cigarette smoke. Even though you aren't supposed to smoke in the rentals, apparently Enterprise doesn't do anything about if you do, unlike Hertz. (That's what the guy who was helping us said) We took the one that smelled the less, but I ended up getting sick because of it. It was just disgusting.

I had their F150 for almost a month. First of. I fell in love with that truck that's why I kept as long as I did. The staff. Ashley. Kathy and Ryan are the best. So helpful every time I wanted to extend it. Ashley was great the first day I came to pick it up. Her knowledge of the vehicle and explaining my contract to me was easy to understand. Some places just go over the basics and try to get you out the door but not Ashley.she was thorough. Thanks again guys. I Will definitely be back!

First I was overcharged. Next I was charged for Toll when I had activated the car to my account with the Bay Area Toll Transit. Don’t know why the company did that

The Enterprise agents are always top notch and professional. The rental rate is always good enough that I don’t mind the car being dirty on the exterior and not having a full tank of fuel. This last vehicle had no washer fluid and the wiper blades were literally falling apart. I advised the Manager when he reached out to me to see how everything was going. He apologized and told me that he would discount the rental rate. Upon return, the rate wasn’t changed. I don’t mind a dirty car but the blades and washer fluid are a safety concern that should be addressed before renting the vehicle.

The staff here are truly truly amazing! I will ONLY go to this location!

Nelson, Mike, Jackie, Jamie, Sam, Eddie, Pedro, and Julian are so so amazing when i come in. Every car I rent, the car is always nice and always so so clean!

The detailers are so great with sanitizing all over the car. Its so great to see that the guys took extra time to sanitize the cars as a cancer patient.

Thanks to all the staff members at this location, i will continue to come here almost every week!:)
