Enterprise Rent-A-Car

While visiting my son in Ca. I needed to rent a large van for one day. I showed up at the Enterprise location in Indio, Ca.and when they checked my reservation they found I had mistakenly reserved the car for the next day. The representative told me they had a vehicle available but was reserved for an earlier pickup. He called the person and was told they wished to cancel thereby freeing up the vehicle for me. One extra step saved the day for me and put your vehicle to work. The entire staff was very helpful both at time of rental and return. Thank you!

Gerardo at Indio Enterprise is on his A game. His customer service skills are above par. Lucky for the manager who hired him. He's bilingual and communicates well with everyone. (Don't know this guy's personally) Call out talent when you see it.

I received great service during my Enterprise car rental and I would most definitely use Enterprise again. In fact, I just referred your services to an out-of-town friend who came to visit me yesterday and will need a car for her sightseeing during this trip!

Made a reservation next day got toll that they didn’t have my car available that they will check on other enterprise and they will call me back never got a call back

Never again they literally waited till I got to the place to let me know they didn’t have the car I had rented since a month before!

Mgr Alberto Munoz and Tiffany has always been helpful and professional at the Indio location. My vehicle is always ready and waiting for me, if not, they give me a free upgrade so I don't have to wait. Been renting her for over 5 yrs, and will continue to rent here.

I recently rented a vehicle from this location and the pickup and return process was quite smooth and easy. Eddie was very helpful in getting me in and out with the rental vehicle without any hassle.

Excellent customer service with entire staff. Tiffany Goodman is exceptional and definitely goes above and beyond to make sure your rental goes by without any inconveniences. A great local place to rent a car. My only critic is calling this office can sometimes be frustrating with long waits and drop calls.

Alberto was amazing. There was an issue with my CC, he went above and beyond while I got it squared away. I always rent from this store and I'll continue as long as I can work with him.

1. They tell you 10 minutes, but it really means one hour. If you ask what’s taking so long, they respond they don’t have to rent me a car.

2. I had deflated tires the whole time the car was rented. My back right tire exploded on the freeway. The manager there was the most rude vile person I had to deal with.

It was a terrible experience.

UHAUL is down the street, don’t deal with this jerk.

Enterprise in Indio, on Highway 111 is the Best. All of the employees are wonderful & happy to be of service.

Eddie was very help full got me a great price and helped extend the rental to more days at 72.00 a day I, wished it would have been a little better on my pocket but other than that he was great.

Absolutely the best customer service! Andy was very informative and made sure to get me a comparable car after my accident. They took care of everything with the insurance and I was in and out quickly. I would highly recommend renting a vehicle from this location anytime.

My daughter rented a car for a week. A cute little SUV. Got a fair price and they were nice people.
