Terrible! We booked a Jeep Wrangler on Friday, provided contact details and were assured that it would be there by midday on Monday. Now we have just been there and after waiting 20 minutes it turns out that the car is available at this location and would only be available in SEVERAL hours. That doesn't work at all when you book early they don't even call beforehand or make any other contact. That was definitely the last booking with Enterprise for me!

I rarely leave reviews but Wilbur is the definition of customer first. Worked with me to find a vehicle at another location even though they didn’t have one that I was looking for. Even followed up with a phone call to make sure I was taken care of. So lucky that they’re in the neighborhood.

Rental was fine, but twice now unable to use my accumulated points for my next rental. Why offer them if they can’t. E used? Oh, that’s right- good marketing tactic.

Great friendly service. A little under staffed for the demand of customers but they get to everyone.

I highly recommend this rental store. I had a terrible experience with the Hertz around the block where they were unable to fulfill my reservation and staff was very rude and did not offer any alternatives. I went to Enterprise quite stressed, immediately needing an 11 day gas rental for a one way trip. Wilbur was extremely friendly and helpful and was able to find me an affordable solution straight away with no hasstle.

I had a great experience here. Puja helped me get on my way and was efficient and professional! I will be coming here again.

Great customer service! They offer pick up and drop off. The agent called Julian helped me and he was super amazing!

Manager Wilbur was amazing from the first encounter. My car window was shattered, and the front door was hit. I had to use a car rental company, and Enterprise was good to me. Wilbur is a definite asset to this location. He cares to keep the customers happy and satisfied. He went out of his way to make sure I didn't give extra charges and looked out for me when I was given an extra days charges. Thank you, Wilbur, at the La Brea and Beverly location.

Wilbur and Julian took care of everything for us through our insurance. They made the whole process seamless and easy at a time when we desperately needed it!
