Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Staff was very unfriendly and not very helpful. Location was slow and manager was unresponsive.

Disappointed with my reservations with this company.
Twice they have made me reserve a specific truck and what they have for me is a horrible minivan.

Very unprofessional, they had given us a car that has no brakes and needed an oil change. They wanna charge you for damages the car had before you’ve even driven it. They scam and are very rude. I wouldn’t even give it one star more like none.

I had an excellent experience. Carlos really took care of me and my husband. After going to 3 other enterprise and let down we called him. We showed up and within ten minutes we were in and out. Let’s not forget the amazing customer service the two young ladies provided. Amazing spot!

The best experience ever, customer service is amazing! This place salvaged our family trip! Reservations were easy to make online and thankfully they had a minivan. I got a call the day of reservations to confirm availability and they informed me of what I needed to bring to complete the rental. This location is easy to find and parking is accessible. Juana greeted me and made sure I knew how long until she could assist me. Juana was fast, professional, and amazing. She allowed me to tell her about my horrible experience at Dollar and it did not feel like she was not listening to me. Mary assisted with checking out the minivan and was thorough. I even got a text message from the manager to ensure satisfaction! Juana and Mary are amazing and I hope enterprise values how hard they work at providing excellent customer service. Oh, yeah, the minivan was nice and accommodating. LOL

Needless to say, I recommend this location and will continue to rent from them.

Great customer service. When we arrived at this location, Carlos approached us and greet us and then gave us a couple of car options, so if you need a rental car, I recommend you to go to this location south LA and ask for Carlos

Amazing customer service, Carlos made it very easy simple. The best location honestly in South LA very friendly, as soon as you walk in they attend to you and don’t have you waiting around like other locations in the area. Very satisfied with their customer service.

Lot of lies and giving you the run around. Best to be honest and straightforward when unable to fulfill reservations made in advance. Will not return.

Awesome experience! Absolutely satisfied with the customer service I received, Especially from Carlos and Juliana! From the browsing, to scheduling and even the transaction of beginning the rental process, they were informative through every step! The business establishment is very welcoming as well. Great condition vehicles as well! They go out to the car with you and make sure your rental is as comfortable to you as possible. They make sure you’re leaving satisfied!
