Grate Mazda mid size SUV. The ride I needed. Wonderful friendly staff. Drooff and key drop on Sunday when I needed it.

Funny our time with the location was trash. Rep took our keys than procided to check out those cars adding over an hour to our turn in time. The pick up when we started rental took 90 minutes to drive 3.5 miles.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car not only provides quality and clean cars to drive, but deliver direct to the customer. I two experiences with no-fault fender bender replacements. Both times they contacted me once the claim was in to see when I needed a car and then were instantly responsive when the repair shop I chose called to have a car for me when I delivered my car to be repaired. So easy and customer friendly. On another occasion I was on vacation and the experience ordering while in one state, picking up us up at the train station when we arrived to complete the transaction and have a great 10 days and then returning us to the station after we turned in our car was so convenient and seamless. No stress, quality products and customer service. Thank you, Enterprise for 3 no-stress transactions in the last 1.5 years. We know who we will use whenever we need a Rent-A-Car - we'll call Enterprise!

Friendly, flexible and helpful. Wasn't sure how long I would need the car due to mine being in the shop. Was able to extend the time quickly over the phone.

We rented at the Vancouver, WA.location on Fourth Plain. The car was perfect except the volume on the radio didn't work. This was for a girls trip and by the time we noticed it the car was packed and we had hit the road. When returning the car, Orin (wears a orange watch) checked us in. He was very understanding of the situation and did what he could to make us leave happy customers. I will rent with Enterprise again because of this experience!

Before I go into the nightmare I had at the Paso branch I want to praise Matt (didn't get his last name) for all he did to help me out on Friday 6/2/23.
I made reservations online to pick up a car on Friday 6/2 at the Paso branch because we had a horrible incident with our truck and blowing a tire while towing our trailer. When I got to the Paso branch I was told by a very rude gentleman (which I never got his name but later found out he was an Asst. Manager he had dark hair and was going bald) that there were no cars available and they couldn't help me. I asked if they could call any other local branches and he told me they did not have any cars either and the airport in SLO may have cars but he wasn't sure and they don't answer their phone. I asked if they could take me to the airport and he told me no they could only take me to the RV park were I was staying at.
I was very upset and starting to get emotional and I feel like the Asst.manager got off on the power he had to make me feel that way. While sitting there looking into a uber which was going to cost me an additional $100 to take me to the SLO airport I over heard a employee Matt stating he had to take 2 other employees to the airport because they dropped off cars at the Paso location from the airport. I asked the rude Asst. Manager if he could take me he said no because he wasn't even sure if he was on the clock and if they could. I then stepped out side to see about talking to the female Asst. Manager Kate (she was nice enough to give me her card with the local phone numbers of other branches on it) and Matt stopped me and told me he called his Area Manager Luis and he said he could take me to the airport. It was a huge breath of fresh air after the day and experience I had at the Paso branch. Luis then had Matt bring me directly to the SLO satellite office so he could get me in a car and on my way himself.
I was so happy that Matt and Luis saved the day and were able to get me to SLO and in a rental car so we could get my son to and from Pismo for his baseball tournament. They were an absolute pleasure and gave me hope for the weekend ahead.
Thank you so much Matt and Luis not only from me but my family as well.

These folks were super nice and even though they were busy serving lots of customers, they made me feel well cared for! Even gave me a shuttle service to my auto shop to pick up my car (thank you Matt). Neil M, the manager is wonderful and very personable.

Quick story, Understand that these business companies get bonuses, which means some will try to get an extra buck from the clients' pocket if the opportunity is there. Anyway, I was a victim of a hit&run for first time and needed a car to move around. My insurance sent me to this interprice company because it was the closest to me and needed a car ASAP while mine was at the shop. Once I got the rental, I received a voicemail from Savanah saying I would have to return the rental when either my insurance or HERSELF said to. However, my insurance was only going to cover 1k for me to rent a car from them, and my last day to return the rental was on the 2nd of March. I received a call from someone on March 1st and said they had received a notice from my insurance that I had to return my car on March 24 and that after that, I would have to pay out of pocket (my car was still going to take another 30 days at the shop, so I thought my insurance was notified and decided to extend my days with the rental). I was a bit confused, so I decided to call again to confirm what I heard was correct, and she confirmed. Days later, I was still in doubt and called my insurance to ask if they had authorized more days to keep the rental, which they confirmed it was false that i shouldn't have trusted their word. Same day, I drove to the interprice and spoke to Neil, and he told me I wouldn't have to pay anything and they were going to freeze the contract and try to get a hold of my insurance since "they dont get control of the information they receive". Days later, the branch manager calls me asking me to go close the contract blah blah. I refused to pay for a mistake they had made knowing that my insurance was only covering a for a certain amount, and instead of them notifying me I had to return the car on March 2nd they told me I had till March 24th. Now I'm down $281 for confusion made on purpose by them. Hope this helps people not to trust a company based on Comissions or Bonuses right away. I learned a lesson.

I reserved a car for 2: 30pm pick up. It is 4: 00pm and my car is not ready bc they needed to clean the car. This is unacceptable. We have a tight travel schedule and we’ve already had so many delays

I have never had an issue with this rental car company. Their desk agents are thoughtful and very helpful. There cars are clean and run well.

For some reason I was billed for $189 per day for a Nissan Altima. I called the local store in San Luis Obispo and spoke with Justin. Justin made the correction and adjusted the rate to $50 per day with no hassle. Very pleased with Justin's customer service. I will use Enterprise for my next rental.

A very well run business. Friendly and helpful! Best rental car experience that I think I ever had. This rental was due to a small accident I was in but I will come back and use Enterprise car rental again for my rental car needs. I love the in-town office as opposed to having to go out to the airport - and love not having to pay the airport taxes!
