Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My experience with Enterprise was wonderful! I was greeted when I came in even though there were customers being helped. Cree Bryant was specially helpful and knowledgeable. It was apparent she knew what she was doing! Thank you Cree!

As always, this location is on point. Jordan and Anthony both helped me with my rental. Jordan picked me up and she was so polite and knows how to hold a conversation. Thanks Jordan, you are awesome. Anthony helped me with my rental. He was funny, polite and he hooked it up for me. Thank you Jordan and Anthony! You guys were great. Keep up the great work. Customer services is always on point at this location.

My Car was totalled Out out So I had to get a Rental I went Enterprise On Northgate & all the Staff we're very welcoming Crew especially went above & beyond to accommodate my Comfort I highly recommend this location they are amazing and They do teamwork Cree wasn't available upon returning the car Micheal stepped in helped I'm big on custom Service & they are A1 Keep u the great Work Team!

I appreciate the friendliness of those that work here. I have occasion to use this location several times and am always very satisfied with their service. Jordyn takes time to learn why I need the car and makes suggestions for the best fit. The office is clean and cool. Thank you.

Enterprise always takes care of me. Mainly because utilizing the app processes goes faster and I just go straight to the car

Cree and her staff went out of their way to make sure our needs were taken care of during our 5-day rental-Cree's outgoing personality allowed her to be a calming figure when we needed her to step in and provide all of our transportation needs-she is a keeper!

I always use Enterprise because I know they have integrity and will do what is necessary to make it right for the both of us.
Checking in is easy. They want patiently as I walk the vehicle.
I usually make reservations months ahead. If they don't have what I reserve, they upgrade. They don't try to talk me into something that isn't going to work.

I couldn’t be more angry if I tried. They completely stranded me by giving me an EV that takes 11 hours to charge.

First off the car was only charged 54% when I got it. They told me it was enough to get to my location but I’d need to charge it there. Unfortunately a car wasn’t ready when I arrived, so it was either take the EV or miss my business meeting. Well it turns out 54% is barely enough to make it to my destination. I couldn’t even run the air conditioning. I was sweating in 95 degree weather bc I would have run out of charge in the middle of no where.

Bc they didn’t have a car ready I had to park and run into my meeting in order to not be late.

That means now that I’m done with my meetings and need to head back to the airport, I can’t, bc the car needs to charge. I’ve had to go to multiple charging locations to even find a free spot.

It says it’s 11 hours to full charge. I need at least 54% to make it back. So now I’m stranded for 5.5 hours and will be missing my flight.

Someone from enterprise needs to call me immediately and make this situation correct.

Good experiencia until I had a problem with my insurance Company, and the manager threaten me to call the police alleging that I stole the car. I felt terrible. Never again. TY

I reserved a vehicle weeks in advance for a specific type of car and when the day came to pick up my car, they didn’t have it. They were trying to give me a car smaller than what I needed. I could NOT accept that car. I needed that full size SUV. Thank God for the angel Jordan. I told her that I needed the bigger vehicle. She told me she would call me back to see if she could find that vehicle. Man let me tell you, she called back and hooked it up. I was so happy. She had John pick me up. John is another angel who works there and he picked me up. It’s always pleasant to ride with John. He is such a sweetheart. Jordan ended up helping me when I got to the office. She is amazing. If you rent from this location and get to meet John and Jordan, you are in good hands. They are simply the best. Thank you John and Jordan! Great location and great customer service.
