Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The customer service was exceptional. From being picked up at my work to the experience in the store to bring dropped after the return - people were courteous and demonstrated concern about meeting my needs. While I waited for my car, I watched and listened to interactions with other customers and it was evident that customer service is a critical part of this store’s ethos.

Amazing experience both through the Ontario, CA branch and the Rancho Cucamonga branches of Enterprise. I am grateful for their assistance with our car rental needs. Thank you!

The employees at this location went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to me. I was able to get into a car I was comfortable with while enjoying the car selection.

This is the worst enterprise as far as customer service, the skinny Asian guy, I think his name is Tong is the rudest person, he acts like he's only working there cause of punishment, terrible customer service, he needs an attitude adjustment bad.

Best customer service in the area. Way better than Hertz attitudes and services. I will be back to rent here again, thank you Will for the outstanding service.

I had a reservation for 2pm. I called around 1: 30pm asking if I could get picked for my 2pm reservation. I live 5 mins from them. I call around 3pm to see see how much longer I have to wait to be picked up and they say I'm next in line to be picked up. At this point, it's already cutting it close as I need to make it to an appointment at 4: 30. I finally get there and give all my info for the boy to tell me he needs to see a utility bill or something for proof of address since I'm paying with a debit card. I let the boy know this is my second time coming here and I showed proof of address when I came, which was 3 weeks prior, and I'm still at the same address. Nothing has changed. Tells me sorry, but I need to show proof of address every time even if I'm a returning customer. You would think me being in the system already showing proof of that address wouldn't be a problem unless I have moved or unless it had been months since I last visited. Boy says they can give me a ride home for me to get my documents and come back. At that point I'm already going to miss my appointment for which is the reason I was renting a car in the first place. Waste of my time and last time I rent from this incompetent location.

Quick friendly service. Easy to get to. Make sure you use a credit card if you want to rent anything more than three rows. Strange rule but? Return was very simple and fast. Staff is friendly.

After having an extremely unpleasant experience at Hertz my daughter recommended me to go to Enterprise, I went online and made a reservation, we got to the office an hour earlier than our specified reserved time and instead of making me wait they got me a car right away, the girls at the counter were very nice and caring and the guy in the lot was super clear and precise with the car specifics, I even called to add an extra day to my rental and they helped me in less tha 3 minutes, enterpise is from now on my to go car rental place, thank you!

Long, was there from beginning to end. Very great customer service. He went above and beyond to make me comfortable in the process. First time renting a car and it was beautiful.

This is the second time renting w/ Enterprise, and specifically with this location, and they are nothing but great. The employees are attentive, good at answering questions and very nice.

I really like this enterprise! They are great sending communication about the rental reservation. Check to make sure how things are going and always do their best to get you the best option.

This enterprise customer service was horrible. I would advise anyone wanting to rent a car to use turo! Turo. Especially, if you are using your insurance, it will be a Unsatisfied experience.

My reason for my rating, is because the unwillingness of the individual to help me find a car without paying taxes on the car.

To add, he refused to call other branches to see if they could get me into vehicle without paying taxes.

Second, the person who walk me out did not explain any documentation I signed, he just handed me a tablet to sign.

Third, he lacked effort to do a complete walk around & to check for damages on my car. What made it worse I tried to wait to see if he would attempt to check anything instead of the gas & milage. And Guess what? He didn't.

Not even my tires and he never attempted. My safety was not a priority to this person.

Therefore, I would not recommend anyone to this enterprise. The service of this enterprise was a complete fail! Fail! Fail. I am disappointed because I excepted better.
