Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Before pandemic I rented cars from Enterprises Granada Hills a lot.
Yesterday I reserved and picked up a car in this location, was helped by Michael, he was friendly, and told me the car is in washing and almost ready. I asked was that the blue one, he said "yes". Then the girl name Nelly took me to the car next to the blue one in wash, she asked if it was ok to take the Mazda like mini SUV, I said ok, then I told her I like the blue one in wash because it was a SEDAN, we went back to the office, and this Michael played words with me, that was the blue one "dark blue" I was referred to, right away my respect to him washed away, I hated dishonest peiple and played with words. Nelly is very nice and honest. I ended up took the blue one in wash. But that Michael should not work in customer services, people DO NOT LIKE dishonesty. I like to give a 5 stars but Michael bring it down to 3 stars.

I love this location, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable and you can see they truly try to help you and that means a lot in this money hungry world.

I have found the staff at all Enterprises in all the states I have used this car rental company to be helpful with both the vehicles and instructions on places to visit. I have used the Granada Hills, CA location the most, and they are extremely concerned that all is well,

I called the main line and made a reservation for this location. I stated that I would be using my debt card. When I arrived to rent a vehicle, I was greeted by one employee. I had requested an SUV type vehicle. He offered me 2 choices. I chose one and we went to the computer to sign me up.
I gave him my drivers license at his request. Another employee came by his side and involved himself in our transaction. He told me in order to rent the particular vehicle I was interested in, I needed to show him a copy of my lease or utilities bill to verify my address. I was 3 hours from home and couldn't provide him with anything other than a bank statement I had in my wallet. I showed him and still couldn't satisfy his requirement of proof of address other than my current and up to date driver's license. He suggested I may want to rent a smaller vehicle and perhaps then I would qualify to pay with my debt card. The original employee suggested my using a credit card in place of my debt card. I told him I wanted to use my debt card. The other employee again asked me for other documents to prove my address. I had rented a car in my home town just 2 weeks prior, using my debt card and I had that gentleman's business card in my wallet, so I suggested that he call that employee for further verification. He told me he can't do that because that location is in a different district than his. Both of them periodically would point to the computer screen, which I couldn't see, and saying that the information they needed, to verify my address must come from the computer. Then, they told me I wouldn't be able to rent without a credit card. Meanwhile, 20 minutes had passed while my parry was waiting for me down the street at my mechanic's shop. They really put me through hoops. I couldn't and cannot understand why they kept me there playing dumb games, when they knew all along, that they were requiring a credit card for payment and not the debt card I signed up to pay with. I found out from a reliable source that this is common practice for this branch of Enterprise. I think they behaved unprofessionally. They were playing games, with me and my time. I feel that I will need to make a report about this situation.

I rent cars frequently for work and I’ve always had a great experiences from this location. I appreciate their efforts when the weather has been bad to accommodate a car that I feel is safer in certain conditions. The entire crew has always been great.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Granada Hills and I am beyond impressed with the level of customer service provided by NICK and Zack. I was particularly impressed by their understanding and flexibility when I had a minor change in my plans. They were quick to find a solution and made the process stress-free. I felt like they truly cared about my experience and went out of their way to ensure I was happy. In my opinion enterprise Rent-A-Car is top-tier and my favorite rental company and if you’re not a member, you’re missing out!

Pierre was super friendly, fast, and was able to accommodate my needs. Definitely going back and recommending this location for any future rental needs.

Very bad experience my day was so bad and it gotten worse when I went there enterprise so sad some people don't know what you're going through

Oh man what a wonderful team of employees this place has! They go above and beyond to meet all your needs making the whole experience super fast and smooth. They also have a wide range of cars you can rent. I definitely would recommend renting a car from here.
