Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Thank you for being wonderful staff and making sure I have a rental car available for my toddlers. Tony was very professional on the voice mail he left me. I really appreciate everyone at enterprise. I really recommend this enterprise

Staff were friendly and helpful. Got my rental business done reasonably hassle-free. Tiny location however and not a lot of options

I was picked up by Enterprise from where I dropped off my car. I was set to go to a different location but they took me here instead without even telling me ahead of time. The driver was looking at his phone while driving.

When I got to the location, they only had one car available at pick up so I had no options.

I didn't have to wait long to get my rental and it was clean. The staff inside the Enterprise were nice.

We were trying to return our rental car to two other Enterprise locations, both of which states they closed at 5 but upon arrival no one was there to help us.after two failed attempts we tried the one on Euclid and they were beyond helpful. We worked with Jannely and she made it a smooth return. She also got us a ride back to our hotel for the inconvenience. She took a stressful situation and fixed everything in a matter of 5 minutes. 10/10 would recommend the enterprise on Euclid.

Very accommodating. We needed a replacement due to warning lights flashing, it was literally a phone call away, great service, no hassles, no problems, we continued on our vacation with no further issues, and an upgraded model, awesome service
