Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Made a reservation about a week prior to pickup. The car they attempted to rent out to me was not ready to be rented because the interior was filthy, spilled white stuff on the backseat, stains everywhere, hair and some white flakes (maybe sand) that was all over the interior and it smelled off. There was no way you would want to sit in the car with light colored clothing.

The quick alternative was to offer me a car that was severely keyed on the driver side, but at least it was clean on the inside.

The whole process of renting the car was very easy. Yuri & Nicole were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond. Would definitely rent a car from the Norwalk Enterprise again.

Outstanding services. I was in and out within minutes. They offer me two vehicles to choose from. Love that I had that option. Will definitely be renting from Enterprise again.

I rented a suv to go to Vegas for my birthday. The representatives were friendly and courteous.

Pleasant personnel. The vehicle that I rented was outstanding, clean and ready to go. Always a pleasure to rent from enterprise.

Very bad service. During the reservation call they did not provide complete information and at the time of receiving the vehicle, they wanted to give me a car 10 years or older than the one that had been reserved. They did not want to serve me in Spanish and that made my need even more difficult.

I called and asked if I could pick up the car early and they said no problem. It was already ready. Very nice. They also gave me a choice of several vehicles. Again, very nice.

So happy and grateful I was able to rent my car thru enterprise. One concern was proof (utility bill, paystub or bank) luckily since I do rent often. I did not need to provide one. As I had no time to download and print one at fedex. The clerk that helped me was so friendly (I forgot his name). He was understanding of my needs. Easy check in and easy check out. I will be back again.

Renting from this location has been far most the worst location I ever rented from the customer service sucks the workers are rude in impolite they over charged with fee they not able to explain where they came from as well hold your deposit more then the required time 10days and when you call in ask about it they treat you as if your the problem I don’t recommend this location at all

Rental staff were quick, professional, and courteous. We did need to reach out to support who were very helpful.
