Enterprise Rent-A-Car

On several occasions, this location has provided the worst service I’ve ever seen. I will not be using them again and the only reason I did this time was the body shop chose and made the appointment for me. I plan to go to corporate with my complaints as they manipulated the system to avoid sending me a survey.

The staff at the 6th st location is very friendly and Natalie Valdez was very kind and helpful in getting a car. Thank You

And Eli took the time to listen to my experience. Sorry if I missed anyone you were all friendly. I really appreciated everyone's customer service that I interacted with. I'll be back to Enterprise if I need to rent a vehicle.

I made a reservation at the beginning of April for a luxury sedan. When I went to pick up the car the car was not available. They try to accommodate me, but there was nothing in that category.on their website, they do not have the cars that they advertise.

I have had better experiences with other enterprise places but this one double charged me and then over charged me and tried not to tell me like it's ok to just take extra money. My account was overdrawn and I'm still negative because it's taking longer than the two days they said to get it back. I hope they make it right.

Customer service was great. SUV I got was bit old with 52000 miles but was good. Car was not ready at the time but they made it available in 10 minutes as they were backed up in washing/cleaning the car. Overall good experience.

Worst treatment on transparency with the customer. Going in for the first time to rent a car and send by company fixing my car that is partnered with enterprise in corona, I was helped by a young kid, and charged full on the rental, when I have insurance and the reference # has already been sent to enterprise for them to provide me with the rental. No disclosure of how much my insurance covers, no information on what the variance in rental and pricing goes, they charged me for gas in advance and almost 700.00 to walk out of their lot with a car. I specifically said I needed the most economical car in their car, even with that said I got a car that was higher in price than what the insurance covered. I had to go on a 2 way call to get my insurance to speak with enterprise. After that, still no disclosure on what is covered.
I returned to the car today, and I will be charged $125.00 over what should be covered by the Insurance. This is horrible, due this is my first time renting a car. I am a student, and with a tight budget. The Manager Ali washed his hands stating I had chosen all these options. I will never come to this company again in the future.
