This place should really hire new customer service attendants, seems like they don’t want to rent out vehicles to customers who need them

I always receive good customer service people are courteous and polite. Any questions that I have is always answered.
Only 1 thing is the vehicles should be cleaner especially when reservations are in place. Other than that 1 thing service is excellent.

I was here yesterday. It was the only location in town that had a last minute available due to an accident and insurance claim. They were very fast acting and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The building was clean, and the lot was very well organized. They acted with extreme professionalism, and I will definitely be using again if needed. Thank you staff foe coming through for me when I was in an emergency.

The only reason enterprise Brundage lane is getting 2 stars is because the chick at the front desk was very polite. The vehicle I rented was in desperate need of a deep clean on the inside. The outside was in rough shape as well but it was a rainy day so what could one expect.
