4I came to this spot after having a horrible experience at Hertz that made me never want to go back to them. When I came here I noticed the worker there Ahnie was super polite and sweet with every single customer she came in contact with. I had to wait in line when I got there and noticed she really had amazing customer service. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job and does good job as well. That is something that is starting to become rare nowadays. So when I see amazing customer service like that I have to go out of my way to commend it. Thanks again Ahnie!
Rental exterior was dirty since their sprayer broke, that wasn’t a problem for me- but no windshield wiper fluid- so had to hit the first gas station to wash it. Realized in the middle of a rain storm that it also had bad windshield wipers-couldn’t see and had to pull over for a few hours. Key batteries were low so car wouldn’t always lock, not great when you’re traveling. Car beeped that it needed to be serviced 20 miles after pick up. Tire pressure was 7-10 PSI over in each tire. When I mentioned all of these when I dropped it off I just got a “oh no /: ” felt more like borrowing a car from a friend then paying up for a rental.
Woman on the phone was rude and treated me like I was stupid without giving me any helpful information. Hung up on me as well. Good salesmanship
