Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My partner and I walked here after getting misdirected by Hertz down the street, who allowed us to book a 4pm reservation but then proceeded to tell us they were closing and charge us a no-show fee when we arrived at precisely 4pm. Fortunately walking to Enterprise turned out to be a great call - the manager James could not have been nicer, and though they were supposedly out of cars he was able to pull some strings and quickly get a very recently-returned car cleaned in time for us to rent it as walk-ins. The car itself was in great condition and the employees who helped with the rental process (Syd) and return process (Karen) made everything so easy. Will definitely be renting a car here next time we're in the area!

Told us to show up at 9am and didn't have anything for us when we showed. Said they'd call later than day when something was ready. Never did. We called and eventually got a car. Car was in great shape. Customer service is polite, just understaffed and probably over worked.

It took nearly an hour to check out a car but they upgraded us to the Nearly Luxury - Altima. Really? Of course there was only 25 miles of gas in the tank. What a scam! Easy way for cars to return with more gas than the client is given. I've been an Enterprise customer for years but this could have very well been the last time.

I have to rent through my Insurance. But I had a tight budget Hector sanchez in Napa Helped me with the best option. Honestly is been the best customer service Offered by enterprise Napa!

45 min wait? Nope. Enterprise is slipping. What happened to customer service. Front counter attitude I don't need. I'd rather uber back the the airport and get a ar there.

I went in to rent an economy car. There weren't any vehicles available at that time. The male agent pleasantly took my information and told me that I was ready to go and that I could pick it up at 9: 00 am the next morning. However, when I arrived and asked for the rental car, the female agent showed me the schedule, and I was not on it, so I had to wait behind 5 other people in the waiting room. I asked her how many vehicles were there to choose from, and she assured me that there were plenty of economy cars available. But when my name was finally called, the young lady led me to a beat-up, older Carolla. I asked her if I could see the other options. She told me that this car was the only car available for me. I saw and asked about a better-looking Jetta that I saw that was parked by the car wash. And with a passive-aggressive tone, she said, "That car has the check engine light on. Would you like for me to rent you that one? ". I felt uncomfortable with this whole situation. In these situations, where customers have to reserve a car for the next day, we need to make sure our name is on the schedule.

Very busy location and short staffed. All in all the customer service was very good. Thank you for your help and patience.

Busy Monday afternoon here at the Napa branch, but exceptional customer service by McKayla.
She had a line out the door and one by one got us all out of there in a timely manner.
She and the other gentleman working here today deserve serious kudos.

Pricing, which is high, like everything else in Napa, has to be the only reason they don't have 5 stars. Service here is impeccable and I've never had an issue with them not having the car I booked. The manager here has even borrowed a Polestar 2 from another rental place for me instead of subbing me into something I didn't want. (Great car btw). The point is they go the extra bit, and try to keep you coming back. They also have an amazing selection of high end cars to rent in addition to the normal stuff. There was an Aston Convertible available last time I rented there!

The folks at my local Enterprise in Napa have gone out of their way over and over to make sure I have the car and the features I need for my trips. This is the best agency around.

Always excellent customer service here. Cannot express that enough. Will always come here when in need of a vehicle. Huge shoutout to Hector and Dillon Mercer for always being so kind and accommodating.
