I loooove this location Management team here is awesome! Employees are awesome! They always greet every customer with a smile and cheerful attitude. You need transportation to and from this location, they got you! They get you in and out quikkly Definitely recommend renting from Arden location

I appreciated the great service that was provided. Mostly, the car I used was very economical and I really enjoyed driving it. My rental experience was great its hard to find good customer service in todays world, glad that Enterprise has not deviated from this fine quality.

I rent cars frequently for work travel. Friendly service at this rental location. Les and Dave are the best drivers and Scott calls me by name when he sees me.

Feedback I would give is how the cars are maintained. The car I returned the other day was the third one I’ve rented that had a slow leak in the tire. I had to stop 3 times on a 2 hour drive to fill up the tire. When I called during my drive to find out what to do, they made a couple of suggestions. I chose to stop at an Enterprise in Fairfield to see if they could do a swap out. They didn’t have any extra cars, so they pumped the tire until the low pressure light turned off. When I got back on the road, the psi still continued to drop. I didn’t have to return the car until the next morning, but I decided to drop it off straight at the rental place that evening in case the psi dropped more overnight and I got stuck. After I locked the car and drop the keys in the drop box, I peaked in the car again and saw that I forgot my charger cable. I could see it in plain sight next to the driver side seat belt buckle. I called first thing the following morning and they couldn’t find the cable. It’s my fault for leaving it there and for calling instead of driving there first thing in the morning, but I find it hard to believe that my white cable that was visible through the window disappeared overnight. The car had already been rented out again, so I’m considering it a loss. Hopefully the tire leak got fixed for the next renter and whoever took my cable enjoys it.

The first time I had a slow leak, I was in Fresno. Diamond sent a text that morning how the rental was going. I texted her that the low tire pressure light came on and didn’t get a response. I sent a follow up text asking what I should do and still didn’t get a response. I was driving back from Fresno and had to stop a couple of times to fill the tire with air. The text is a nice touch point, but shouldn’t be done if no one is going to reply.

The second time the low pressure light came on due to a slow leak occurred when it was already after 5p. I called the after hours line. They said they could get a tow truck out to help fix the problem, but it was going to take over an hour. I took the car back the following morning and was able to get a swap out. I had to drive to Santa Cruz that morning and was late to my meeting.

Kat at the Sacramento Arden location was amazing. We are very grateful to the amazing crew at the Sacramento Arden location - these people are proficient, efficient, and proactive at handling all the issues. The level of customer service is what I would expect at a Michelin Star restaurant or 4 Seasons. Thank you for helping me get on with life, these staff members are amazing.

I had a 10 am reservation, but when I got there I was asked if I could wait a bit longer because they wanted to wash the car for me. I waited 30 mins as other people came in, and some with no reservation got a car immediately. Once I did get my rental, not only was it still wet but completely dirty inside. It looked like it was not cleaned in months and was just some throw-away car they gave me. However, I did leave, and was going to clean it myself. Then I changed my mind and called up there and spoke to someone who apologized and told me to bring it back and get another one. Once I got there, it was less than 5 minutes, and I was in a newer and cleaner car. I really appreciate how fast they moved with the switch out. I will be going back in the future.

My family usually goes to the Enterprise on Northgate. HUGE MISTAKE COMING HERE! First, calling to make sure the reservation was indeed reserved, got hung up on before I even gave my name. Second time calling, my mother got hung up on. By the same girl. Called back the third time, got the same girl, and asked for her name. She hung up in my momma face again. Worse experience ever, and we've been a life long customer. I mean 15yrs PLUS life long customer. Again, I messed up by picking Arden as the location. We moved in this area so I wanted to go somewhere closer. SMH. I don't know why I did that. If I could give no stars I definitely would. Also, made a complaint to the corporate. I don't understand how some people have jobs these days with attitudes like miss ma'am at 8: 30 in the morning.

I liked their cars. But they charged more than I needed to. I was disappointed. If not calling them, they would not solve the problem and refund me. Be careful when you sign the docs and check the bill afterwards.

Needed to rent car due to a collision, needed to rent a car. Rent a car in a very timely manner The service I received was seamless. Polite service, not a plethora of excuses and untimely delays I can tell my family and friends where to get the best possible service at an auto rental Enterprise! I was in and out in less than 15 min! Thanks Malik H, for impeccable service! Let me not forget the very polite driver who picked me up!
