Excellent! Lowest prices I could find in town, the insurance they offered was below 20 bucks. Other places it's like 70 or more for the same coverage. We don't own a car so they picked us up at the door and dropped os off at the door free of charge. It was a holiday weekend and other places had no cars available but they did. Great experience, will definitely rent from them again

Merced Enterprise have very friendly professional staff unlike the Modesto location with rude staff.

I needed to rent a car while my car was in the shop getting repairs. Jason who is the manager at the Merced Enterprise was vary helpful in finding me what I was looking for. I really appreciated him & the whole team for always providing me with excellent customer service & being there for me whenever I have any concerns thank you all. I most definitely will be continuing my rental services through this location based on my overall experience. If your looking for a place to experience excellent customer service & a great team no need to look any further this is where you'll find that and so much more.

I chose Enterprise simply because it was the first agency that popped up on my Google search. I made a good choice.

While scheduling a rental online, I accidentally made two reservations. I didn’t realize this until days later when I showed up to pick up my rental. Jason, one of the representatives, immediately saw the accidental double booking and asked me if that was correct before making a deletion. So began a comedy of errors.

I’d failed to read about the deposit, the amount of which I could not cover. Instead of shrugging his shoulders and politely pointing me to the door, he told me that I could use a debit card. Unfortunately, I didn’t have one at the time, so I figured it wasn’t an option. Instead of shrugging his shoulders and politely pointing me to the door, Jason took the time to explain to me that in many cases you receive the card almost immediately. So, I went to my credit union and sure enough Jason was correct.

Mind you this situation started after I’d already picked out my rental. Jason could’ve easily gotten impatient, flustered, frustrated, etc, but at no time did he show it. Jason was calm, patient, and above and beyond what he’s hired to do. In the end, everything worked out.

When I returned the rental, the manager took care of the transaction. I wish I could remember his name… He was intelligent, efficient, knowledgeable, and had similar qualities that Jason has.

I will definitely use Enterprise again. You can also count on my word of mouth. Take care and keep up the wonderful customer service.

The hole experience was easy. I booked the rental on line and pick up my vehicle in the nearest office to my address. When the time came to return the vehicle, the process was so fast end easy. Thank you Merced Enterprise!

The staff at the Merced (Main Street) Enterprise Kimberly and Melanie, were efficient, friendly, pleasant and personable. I appreciate their service. The vehicle was okay too.

I rented a full size car. I got a Toyota Camry it was alikegrey. The color was nice the car was still dirty on the outside. It took over an hour to check out and get the car. The vehicle had a ton of scratches for a new car. Really wasn't up to my standard but I didn't want to wait another hour so I had to take it. The car sits pretty low so it was hard for me to get in and out of it.
Returning the car also was an experience it took a long time to get checked back in. They took the keys from me 2 times and give them back only to give them back once more. Whenever body was looking at me like why did they give it back?
I get it when they want to make eye contact and tell you just one moment when you look at them and wait for them to react they just pass by. You have a lot of people waiting. I'm not sure who's checking cars back in who's checking cars out who's moving cars? But, when you're sitting there long enough you get the idea.

Picked up a car Friday at 12 in afternoon. I was told to bring car back at 12 on Monday then I get a text on Sunday saying I need to bring it in at 7: 30 am I checked the microscopic email receipt and it says to bring it back by 7: 30 am SO DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU READ THE MICROSCOPIC EMAIL BEFORE YOU LEAVE. ALSO THE CAR WAS GIVEN TO ME WITH MESSAGE ON DASH SAYING SERVICE DUE NOW!

All my associates were pleasant and hospitable. Great customer service from Brayan, Demetri and Melanie.

I love renting at this Enterprise location. All the employees are always so courteous and helpful. Ivan is awesome! He’s always in tune to what you need and go above and beyond to help you out.

Not a very pleasent location, but the rental experience was a good one.they had a lot of staff on site. Not very many vehicles at the time but a lot of people have been renting cars to travel to other towns. The van we rented was super nice and very clean. The renting procedure was fast and easy and the guy that helped us was a super guy. Made sure we had everything we needed and double checked all of our questions. Five stars for sure

The team here is always going above and beyond. I rent on a monthly, sometimes weekly basis, and every time my experience is friendly and professional. The staff is very nice and always looking out for me. They’ve helped me get a last minute reservation with no questions asked. Cars are clean, and the shuttle drivers are always friendly and polite. 10/10 ratings
