6 Claire is what makes this particular location. Fantastic.
Having previously had a less than ideal experience with this specific enterprise facility, I was not looking forward to using it when I required a rental car. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it had endured a significant improvement through the hiring of a young lady named Claire. Initially she was unable to source the kind of vehicle I needed but upon my request she was able to not only find me a suitable vehicle but a near replica of the one I'm used to driving. As I understand it, she went wildly out of a way to do so which is an experience that I have not had in some time with any rental entity. This is less praise for a rental agency and more for enterprise's aparent hiring practices. World-class service. What a fantastic employee.
Don’t bother making an appointment here. You’ll be lucky if you leave with a vehicle. Their posted hours are NOT accurate

Tommy the supervisor was very rude and arrogant and not helpful at all she has a bad attitude
Don't bother making a reservation because they won't have your car or be on time. This is the second time they did this to me and they deserve this review.
One of the most poorly ran rental car agencies I've ever went to in my 52 years of life
I really enjoyed my experience working with this enterprise location to rent a car while mine was on the shop. The two staff members I worked with were both very kind and helpful. Would recommend their services.
