I been wait on a suvery for Jacob but I haven't receive it. Well anyways, I just want to announce that Jacob was AMAZING. We were suppose to drop of the car at a time destination but due to the weather and traffic. I know we weren't making it on time. I called Enterprise. Jacob answered and answered all of my questions and making sure I was safe and secure on returning the car. Just want to say Thank you so much Jacob. You're Amazing.
