23The staff is professional and it was super easy to pick up and drop off the rental car both times I reserved it. I appreciated the extra wipes to sanitize the vehicle.
Terrible rental services. They told me if I take a car Thursday night and drop it off Monday morning I’ll be only charged 3 days. When I dropped my car on Monday they charged me for 4 days! Spam company! I would of taken the car Friday morning if I knew they r going to do this
Reserved a car online, picked it up, was in and out within 10 minutes. Friendly staff members and they process the paperwork electronically with handheld devices. Super efficient!

My English is bad. I am a tourist and I was deceived. In rent entered all possible additional services! As a result, the price increased 3 times. When you sign a contract, be sure to check everything, there are cheaters here! Especially if you are a tourist I do not recommend this company.

We have rented a few times at the la cienega enterprise. Each time the staff has been awesome and friendly this is the only locTion my husband and i will go to because of the entire staff! Thanks guys you rock!

I go to this place almost every weekend - super friendly staff, great variety of cars and they get you in and out really quickly.
30 days + later still waiting on my deposit. Enterprise is not very helpful leaves you without updates on what's going on.takes your money without definite proof that the sum taken was owed.they blame their greed on errors in accounting.
This Enterprise location is efficient. No time wasted and they accommodate last minute request; even for their weekend special which I have found is always in demand. ($10/day for 3 days = $30!)
Car rental site was located in a convenient location, no pickup was available but fortunately it was walking distance. I was provided an auto that did not meet my expectations. The representative was very polite and provided me a free upgrade.
Have had several good experiences with this branch, they work to get you in and out as quickly as possible with the car you want, all I want in car rentals is a seamless and affordable experience and these guys provide it every time.
Although I owe Enterprise 1000 dollars for insurance on my Uber car still I love this rental car company. Almost 90 percent of my post are Uber and Enterprise related and I hope you enjoy my feedback. I will be.on the road again soon.
Nickel and dime you for everything wanted me to take roadside assistance just i case their car broke down I had to get it back to them if I didn't take the coverage of 5.99 per day
Although I requested a mid-sized sedan, the only car available for pick up was a convertable Camero. The car did not have adequate space for my two large and the engine light came on after a few hours of driving. The car was replaced with a chevy Cruise the following day. The situation was handled in a professional manner. If I had received the car requested in the first place, I would have given this establishment a five star rating.
