Normally I would give 5 stars but my rental wasn’t cleaned properly or not at all. Found a picture Between othe passenger seat and middle console. Also previous guest Home Depot Card. No floor mats. Exterior had dirt definitely wasn’t washed. When I started rental the maintenance required light cans on. Informed sales and he was told just to reset it. Rental didn’t drive smooth at all. Didn’t bother to take it back due to my reservation being pushed back due to no cars at rental site. Didn’t have time to wait.
I never have any issues when I rent so this whole situation is a total shock. I love enterprise and this 1 situation isn’t gonna stop me from renting. I’ve rented many time so I know the quality a rental should be and this time it didn’t meet enterprise quality. But I will be returning since I’m a faithful customer.

My rental car was bought to me while my car was being repaired. Clean car, seamless process, fast and responsive. Everyone was helpful. At the end I dropped the car at the repair center and was picked up and I was informed of everything by Enterprise. Happy with their service. Will recommend. Thank you

Decent car choices and cheaper rates compared to neighbouring areas. Good customer service is an added bonus.

Amazing cars and friendly staff. I didn't need to make an appointment and had so many options to chose from. No hidden fees and amazing service. I was helped by Ravi at the Milpitas location and he was pretty fast and helpful.

Booked online. Called up and confirmed the booking on the day of pick up. Received a call 2 hours before pickup stating that vehicle type not available. No alternative nor similar vehicle type given. Unprofessional call and unethical business practice.

Ravi / Dang & the team were very supportive. I rented the car for a week. Initially, they didn't had much choice to offer for mid-size sedan, so I took Hyundai. But 2 days later, when I went back, they gave me a very new 2018 model, Nissan sentra. The car drove great! I look forward to rent with them again.

Got a free upgrade woohoo! They no longer had compacts (what I reserved) when I got there, got an suv instead for the same rate. Everything was what was expected plus a free ride home. Thanks and keep up the good work guys!

This location has been our BEST experience with car rentals ever. The staff are so friendly and helpful it's like a completely different world from our last experience with Enterprise that made us not want to use the company again but I'm really glad we did after using this branch! If you're able to rent from this location I highly recommend them!

I have been renting cars, from the Enterprise office in Milpitas, for numerous years. I have been, and is always satisfied with the service I receive. The staff is exceptional, and is always very nice and professional. The staff do their best to satisfy every customer. I would recommend Enterprise anytime.
