Quick, easy pick up and drop off and the people that work there are always so friendly, professional, and efficient! I love Enterprise!

The truck was really dirty. Seats had grease on them that came off on my pants and shirt. Dust was piled on the dash and in the vents, and when the AC was turned on it came out like a puff of smoke. The floor had visible dust and grime on it. The tires were about 20 lbs under inflated. Finally, the gas mileage of our Dodge 2500 was the worst I had ever experienced in a diesel @sub 14 MPG. Similar Ford 250 or Chevy 2500 pickups get around 17-26 MPG, even when pulling. We pulled a small trailer with a net weight of around 900 lbs. I figure in total, I spent around $472 on gas, and I would have saved nearly $150 renting another truck.

On a positive note, the staff were great to work with by phone and in person. They were cordial and professional. If I have to rent another truck I might look elsewhere first. However, if there were not another options, I would rent from Enterprise Truck Rental again.

Truck I ordered not ready. They offered a bigger truck, which posed a problem, and which I didn't really want to use, but had not choice. No consideration from management for the screw up. Not happy. Also conflicting information on rental terms. I will go elsewhere next time.

Good selection and service, better quality vehicles, comparable rates to U-haul especially if seeking unlimited or decent milage included.

I rented from Enterprise for the first time yesterday. It was a terrific experience from start to finish. I needed a truck with a lift gate to haul 7 pallets of porcelain tile. They helped me decide that a 16 foot stake bed would do the job and one was available for $65/day. I had already called 2 other rental companies; one didn't carry lift gate trucks and the other quoted my a price that was nearly double.

Enterprise answered the phone promptly all three times I called them and offered a prompt, friendly greeting at the front desk. Checking out and checking back in was quick and easy.

The truck was fairly new, very clean and in perfect working order.
There is a lacking of parking at the facility but they offered to follow me to any location I wished to park and bring me back for the truck. I found street parking about a 5 minute walk away and didn't need the ride.
Enterprise will be my first call for truck rentals from now on.

I had a great experience with Bobby today and last rental out of oakland truck rentals as well!

We had a wonderful experience with Bobby at Enterprise in Santa Rosa. He was very professional and warm. He made sure to go over everything thoroughly. The cost reflected what what quoted to us. Bobby made sure to call us and follow up two times. We will use this enterprise again in the future.
