Enterprise Truck Rental reviews
7 Friendly staff. Ordered a truck for towing online. The staff took care of me and got me in a truck and on my way.
Return was easy as well and they were quick to get us out of there.
Will be coming back for my truck needs
I needed to move my woodshop heavy equipment. The only company that could get me a fairly new truck with a lift gate. It could lift 3000 pounds! Made my move much easier. Top notch service and very friendly staff.
I just would like to take a moment to thank Andrew for his assistance every single time I call or go in. He is very professional and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.
I was a little bit late to my rental appointment because of equipment failures. I reserved one size of truck and unfortunately, they were out when I arrived. They upgraded me to a larger truck for the same price. I was in/out in less than 20 minutes. Great experience. My company will rent from them in the future.

Simple in and out process just like it is for an appliance rental cars. The staff was very professional.
Nice people, but their phone support is lacking if you try and call them by phone.
I came down on site only to learn that they don't offer truck rentals for out of state moves.
Rented truck for construction work until my company fleet truck was delivered. The truck had obviously seen some use that you should expect from that kind of vehicle. Had dents & dings & the bed was scratched up from hauling stuff. I don't understand why they don't put bed liners or sprayed liner in "fleet/work" trucks. So, all in all, it was an ok experience, but they charged mileage beyond what they estimate it should be. They don't have truck rentals in Palm Springs, so I had to go to Colton /San Bern to get truck & the mileage overage was from traveling to & from rental location to where I needed to use truck.
