Envious Nail Bar, Lake Elsinore CA

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The lash lady gave me the cheapest lashes I’ve ever seen. I showed her a picture and she said she’d give me exactly what the picture showed. Absolutely failed. I tried to talk to her about shape and length before we got started & she blew me off. Every time I asked a question she responded with attitude. She got mad that I didn’t like them even though I was polite about it. Raised her voice on multiple occasions. Said she’d fix them then came back and said she would take them off and I can go to someone else. As she’s putting the remover on she slaps it on my lashes & leaves the room- soon as she walks out it starts burning and I had to *SCREAM* multiple times for help before she showed up. She starts rubbing my eyelid with a cotton & it only rubbed it into my eye more I had to tell her I needed to wash my eyes out. The incompetence was unbelievable. Don’t come here.

Ty did my toes he is always a pleasure and keeps us ladies laughing. Love love love this place and my nail tech she us so great. I showed her a picture of the nail style I wanted and she made it perfect for me. I so spoiled probably never go anywhere else!

All their staff is very friendly. Complimentary drinks when ever you go in and they all really take their time to make sure you come out looking and feeling GREAT!

Owner is stupid and rude, completely doesn’t know how to run her business. Was way overcharged from the last time I came but kept trying to justify mediocre pedicure for $85. Would not recommend unless you want to get ripped off for sloppy work. This place is fairly new and won’t last long for sure. Don’t waste your time

I loveddddd how it looked inside! The owners were great BUT… my “deluxe pedicure” took 20 mins from start to finish with gel paint. I didn’t feel like my feet and cuticles were really cleaned up.she didn’t even ask if I wanted my toe nails trimmed. I am so bummed out because I feel it was extremely rushed and it cost me $54! It’s QUALITY over quantity but in this case I was a number and they needed to quickly get me in and out… sorry but never again

Always a great experience here! I’ve been going for a couple years and I always leave satisfied. I don’t live close, but always make time to get my nails done here.

Always friendly and welcoming. They do an amazing job, the workers and owners are so friendly. I love the customer service. My go to nail spot since I moved out to Lake elsinore 6 years ago. Finally found a place I love

Very nice relaxing experience professional greeted me when I walked in check-in process including phone number to add into system was nice easy way to keep track and know us when we call back. I got Ty, i very nice friendly gentleman professional courteous. Clean atmosphere nice artwork modern neutral music relaxing atmosphere. Would recommend a number of services as the customers having more than my spa pedicure seem to all be happy the gal I was with got a full new set and a pedicure very happy with her service as well

Envious nail bar is a very welcoming nail salon. I appreciate that they pay great attention to detail and also provide you with refreshments while you're waiting!

I typically try different places out until I find the right one. I just want to say I’m a very happy customer here! Very kind from the start to the end. The girls who worked on my nails are super gentle and talented. I have now chose this to be my permanent go to nail salon. Thank you April and Mimi.

I really enjoyed my experience at this nail shop. I was immediately welcomed and professionally greeted by staff. This shop is small, however the experience is second to none. You can definitely tell there is no shortage on skills and ability provided by the technicians. I have never had service quite as I did visiting this shop. I am a MAN and love cleanliness and being well groomed, but I’m sure a WOMEN will have a more experienced approach and comments in what to look for in the nail and salon shop world, however I’m just giving my humble opinion on my experience. The shop was clean, the music was great, the vibe was chill, and the staff interact with the customers. There was no pressure. One thing, I highly recommend you call and make an appointment in advance, even at a minimum a day or two sooner than the actual day you would like to secure your spot. They are very busy and it appears that there were several established and returning customers rotating in during the time I was there, which to me, speaks volumes about the business. This nail salon is super clean, with a modern look. Staff is friendly and offer drinks, when you walk in for your appointment. It was my first time there and Mimi (my nail technician) help achieved my purple look for nails. I'm going to a Taylor Swift concert and Mimi captured the "Speak now" inspiration photo well. Love it! By far the best place I found!
