Pushy to book appointments (texted me 3 times within 1 week) yet have very strict cancellation policies. They also go very hard on the upselling which made me feel compelled to purchase a package I wasn’t really wanting to. OK service - but followed by awkward upselling each time. Makes me uncomfortable. Will be finishing up my package and going elsewhere.

I honestly didn't know if I wanted to write this review or not but maybe take this into consideration when booking with this place. I have PCOS and my period is never on a schedule. I had booked a Brazilian wax and was super excited as this was one of the first forms of self care I had done for myself in months. I called made my appointment and was excited to come in. The morning of the appointment (my appt was at 6pm) I called as soon as they opened because I had gotten my period. I understand cancelation policies are there but, having this disease is stressful enough that a cancelation policy just makes it stressful. I was uncomfortable and in pain from my period. They did end up rescheduling me which I appreciated but it just made me feel like it wasn't a "girls girl" moment. The added stress of not knowing if my period would be coming again before an appointment just made me not want to come in anymore. If you don't have PCOS, the staff is so amazing. The place is super cute. It was more of a personal experience and just something that reminded me that there is something wrong with me and no one wants that when it's supposed to be a self care moment.

Regina did an amazing job on my brazilian wax today! So sweet, friendly, and thorough. I will definitely be back!

Boom … you know that movies stars always be waking up looking good no matter how their day went… they still be looking like glittering like a movie star! This place leaves you like that if you come here often. No joke.

Alicia is the best! I have had her several times now and she does a flawless job. She’s also quick, detailed, and considerate. I highly recommend her for any service you are looking to get done.

I originally was not going to write a review regarding my post Brazilian sugar waxing experience, but it has been over 2 months since my second waxing treatment and I am still suffering and experimenting with over 6 different products to alleviate the massive breakout of bacterial bumps
(looks like pimples but they are clustered bumps due to open skin exposure to bacteria, causing clogged lumps)

I was satisfied with the waxing and duration of hair removal in the ONLY area that should have been waxed.
But the esthetician made the decision to also apply the sugar waxing treatment on areas that had no hair or peach fuzz.
As a result, I noticed a massive and honestly traumatizing amount of bumps in my Brazilian wax area in addition to my behind and inner groin region.
Before this experience I had never broken out in any sort of bacterial or pimple like growths on my body. Just my face like most individuals

I have spent hundreds of dollars purchasing acne body wash, topicals and sprays
I’ve researched methods to get rid of these clogged bacteria within my waxed skin
I even carry anti bacterial body wipes and immediately clean the area after my workout and shower asap.

When I contacted them I was informed that the esthetician “can’t speak to clients post treatment” or something of the sort. Which makes no sense as she was the one who elected to wax areas I did not need any waxing done and now I have this extremely j appealing amount of lumps in my private region which has negatively influenced aspects of my life as well as my self/body image confidence.

I know for a fact this aftermath is due to this specific businesses (products, method, and/or estheticians) because I’ve had various people recommend sugar waxing and none of them had an experience or any side effects like I STILL DO.
This review is for the purpose of informing paying customers about my traumatic and irreversible experience, as I would not wish anyone to have to battle (essentially female private region clusters of Pimple like bacterial skin lumps)

This is my SECOND time posting a review but I lowered it to a one star and would put 0 if possible

I have had KP symptoms and have spent nearly over $500 on products to alleviate the symptoms caused by the waxing performed at envious skin.
I atleast expected a refund for my third session that I obviously wasn’t planning on attending or at least some sort of help, guidance, product suggestions with my now over 6 month ongoing issue
This place has me question the legitimacy of the estheticians and if her license is even real, exists or from a legitimate schooling
When I called several times explaining mg distraught and confused feelings about this horrible reaction, I wasn’t given much information and I truly think this studio needs an official evaluation from a professional regarding the safety and procedure protocols.

All ladies are amazing, each one of them has their own style of taking care of your needs in a unique way.

Janette is hands down the best wax queen I’ve ever experienced! I have extremely coarse hair and she magically is soo gentle! I’ve never been able to return for a Brazilian and I’m on my 6 consecutive month with her. I literally love her! She is the go to!

Staff/Owner were rude and condescending. There was no sense of professionalism along with the quality of service was sub-par at best. I will not be returning to this establishment and will Highly recommend against anyone I know to do the same.

The owner was so rude I will never go to this place. They are very unprofessional and I will never support a business that treats others poorly right off the bat.
