The technician wanted to charge me an additional $200 for calling the manufacturer regarding my possible issue. Ridiculous. Another company and call the manufacturer for free. Just Saying.

Beware of this plumber. I paid an upfront fee of $144 to have them come out and they would not diagnose the problem without charging me another $306 “diagnostic fee”.

This company will overcharge you by a significant amount. I needed a water heater replaced so I had someone come out for a quote. They charge you $125 just to show up, which I was aware of, but I assumed it was an honest charge to prevent their time being wasted. Instead it seems like a prod to coerce you into paying whatever they demand because you are already committed to them financially.

I had purchased the water heater beforehand, along with all of the necessary hoses and everything that was needed for the replacement. The area where the water heater is located is easily accessed and the new water heater was sitting less than 6 feet from where it needed to go. Two guys showed up and I was quoted $1600 for them to take the old one out and put the new one in. I declined, and wound up doing it myself. It took me about 3 hours to do alone, not including draining the tank, and it was the first time I had ever done it. No soldering had to be done. No gigantic mess was made. Everything went super smoothly. I had it inspected when I was done to make sure I didn't do shoddy work, and was told everything looked great. Not sure how $1600 could possibly justified for "professionals", who I can only imagine would have been able to do it in a fraction of the time. Save yourself $125 and choose someone else.

Enviro Plumbing is great- we have used them to snake drains, find tiny jewelry which went down the sink, and fix running toilets. They’re always prompt, professional, and thorough in their work. I highly recommend them!

For many years now we've used Daniel and his exceptional crew for our home repairs and also for our rental property, and we'll never use anyone else. They are prompt, capable and trustworthy, which is saying a LOT.

Enviro Plumbing was great. Jesus was super professional and fixed the problem with my dishwasher and garbage disposal in no time… They are a professional and kind team.

The phone rep said they charge $124 (an odd number) to come out and provide an estimate.

I wanted to replace a toilet flange and wax seal, and could provide a photo and description of the conditions (ground floor, concrete sublfoor, ABS pipe), and could not even get a *starting* price for this very basic service.

They said they would apply the $124 fee toward the work if I decide to hire them, but for a small job like this, this high fee makes it impossible to include them in among the bids, when other reputable plumbers do not charge such a fee.

I’ve had plumbers estimate the same job at wildly different prices, so getting estimates is essential. If every plumber charged this fee, bidding the job could end up costing more than the work. Several plumbers are willing to provide an initial estimate based on a photo and conversation, and usually stick to the estimate once they are on-site (or are able to explain the unique conditions that require a change to their estimate), so I have hired those plumbers instead.

For a situation that is straightforward and routine, the fee seemed unreasonable and I went with one of the many other plumbers who do not charge a fee to estimate the job.

Installed sink faucet That came loose and they quickly came back out and fixed at no charge. They stand behind their work!
