I was in town this past weekend and noticed a handful of golf carts cruising so I decided to look in to it. Which lead me here. I talked to Marcus about 10 minutes after he opened. Within a matter of minutes he had me ready to come pick up a cart. Marcus was a breath of fresh air in regards to the business of it all. A professional amongst other things. Very polite and well spoken. He got me started and then I had a seat so he could get the few customers finished up. He even helped a lady with a bike bought from Not Marcus. Amazon perhaps. Most people would have put that under the YOU problem category. Not Marcus. A few minutes later I was on my way. 1,000% would recommend. Caleb was equally polite on the drop off. Made my weekend. I had a fantastic experience with Epic. I had them change my brakes to hydraulic. They not only did it in a timely manner but corrected something that was also wrong. Great people also!

Such a great deal for a full size bike! The help was easy and not high pressured! Reckoned for quality bikes and great service.

Marcus and Caleb are both incredible. Patience, knowledge, and kindness are superb! Go by and see them if you want to learn more about e-bikes and want to deal locally. Buying online is not best for an e-bike in my opinion. They will also be there to repair and keep you and your bike on the ride.
Be sure to buy the best helmet on the market to protect your head. Make your kids wear their helmets at all times with the strap connected or don’t let them ride!

Caleb and his uncle took my son’s problem-ridden Himiway and cured it of all its disfunction.

Dropped in and they immediately tightened my brake cables. Didn't try to overcharge me by replacing them (as others have in the past). I look forward to seeing them again!

Epic is the only place I'll bring my ebike. They got it tuned up and turned around quick with a modification to the tire tubes that will help prevent flat tires, get Tannus Armour, it works!

Amazing: the owner knows his business; I had very specific requirements: light weight, road tires, easy to use, I had several in mind but he graciously 1) let me explore 2) answered the questions, 3) helped me to find what turned out to be the "perfect" bike. No up sale; no hard sell; just great customer service. It is great to see someone professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Wish I needed another bike!
