Been with them for a few years now, but only go in to renew once a year, yet Ged (Gedsala Sharp) remembers my name on sight.this is nice and makes you feel like you matter. She always reviews our policy to make sure we have the best rate and checks to see if there are any changes needed.best of all she sends (and calls) me a reminder a month before that my renewal is coming.
