I cannot begin to tell you how overjoyed we are to be back with Rose. She had been our manger for several years with the Prescott Company. Under her leadership.we completed almost all our Reserve projects which were long over due, painting, lighting, paving, balconies, the list goes on. When she left we were devastated. Luckily for us within 6 months Prescott breached our contract and we were able to leave and come to Equity and Rose. Since she is in charge again she has transitioned us without a glitch. She has completed projects that Prescott started but never got around to completing.
I think the best part is so many residents have commented to me and other board members how happy they are that Rose is back. In this day and age where the media tells everyone that you are suppose to hate your HOA, to have homeowners and renters tell you that they really appreciate having Rose keeping our property well maintained and our property values high is a real testament to her hard work!
She works very well with the board, very professional with vendors, and has a knack for handling difficult situations diplomatically.
I love that she has such a good relationship with vendors that they bend over backwards to make her happy. She sees what has to be done and who will get it done.
We are looking forward to having Rose as our property manager for years to come.

As a vendor working for Equity Management, I have to say that Equity Management is a great HOA company to work for. I have the fortune to work with Sheena McGill on various tasks. She always provides accurate information and detail for the task. She responds promptly and always looking to solve concerns for home owners. She is a great manager with great attitude to work with.

The attention our HOA gets from Rose Reyes is phenomenal. We have orange groves as part of our community that requires next level management. Rose works tirelessly to stay in contact with vendors to maintain our grove and extensive landscaping. When issues pop up, a quick call to Rose and the problem is handled. Rose is knowledgeable in every aspect of property management. It's comforting to have someone of her caliber manage our community.

Equity Management is one of the best HOA management companies we have worked with. All the managers do their best to help solve any issues in the HOA communities even through these tough times during the pandemic. Recently, I had and issue that I didn't know how to solve so I called Alysia Dale. She was very professional in guiding me to resolve this issue. She also had a great attitude and was very detailed in helping me with my concern.

Rose Reyes is our Community Association Manager for our condo complex and she is fabulous at her job. When I first moved here, Rose supported our neighborhood with a previous management company. Unfortunately, Rose had left that company and the drop-off in service with the previous company was massive. The folks who were tasked to replace Rose were frankly inept and would rarely respond to inquiries. If they did respond, it would take weeks. Thankfully, our HOA has been reunited with Rose as we switched over to Equity and it's been such a relief to have Rose working with us again. She is attentive, responsive and gets things resolved immediately. I am so thankful we have Rose supporting our community again!

I enjoy working with my HOA and our Community Manager, Mary Reyes. In the past, I experienced frustrations when dealing with the company. That is what motivated me to join the board. Since Mary came on board, she has been very helpful in all matters! We love working with her!

Extremely poor management. I have reported damages to my property roof area. I have not received any notices nor any action
from the management. I have also reported a rusted paint at the front Gate last year and so far nothing had been done. I am very frustrated by the management and hoping to replace the person in charge. Please stay away from Associa Management.
