I was looking for special car insurance to cover gig workers like myself doing Doordash. State Farm offers coverage for people who deliver food with their own personal car. I called around wanting to talk to someone from State Farm. After calling multiple agents from other places this office answered my call. The others went to voice mail. I have received great personalized service from them.

I moved here to California 26 years ago. My sister worked with Eric's office for her insurance needs, so she conveyed to me what she liked about working with State Farm and specifically Eric, that I have also found to be true. When you have a claim to submit you get to talk to someone immediately, who's first foncern is finding out if you're ok. The remainder of the process has been a smooth & seemless one & seem to be dealt with in quicker fashion than other friends I have who've used different companies. Even car repairs were handled swiftly as there was a State Farm rep in house to address and resolve all issues.
