Don’t work here! She is always in a bad mood and raises her voice at everyone, including her own employees. She openly discusses firing employees after a few weeks, so you are constantly in fear of being fired.

Gonterman Custom Homes has been working with Erica Bryen and her team for quite a number of years now and she never disappoints. She is in a league of her own when it comes to detailed designs, exceptional organization, and one of a kind homes. Whether it be contemporary, transitional, or more traditional, she has a way of making it incredibly unique with an extraordinary amount of depth, texture and dimension, which is a sign of an amazing designer. Her finished projects always turn or 5 star!
