I worked at Microsoft for 8 years in many roles and have built my own rigs from the ground up since 1998. That said I know a thing or two about PCs. I live in Seattle, but my Dad lives in Long Beach. I called all over LA and Orange county looking for a Computer repair shop and finally found Error Code and met Jeremiah. So glad I did!

Jeremiah built my Dad an amazing PC. We were looking for something with speed and reliability for just under $1k and got exactly that. You click and instantly your application is open and ready. Finally My Dad will experience a real speed demon (desktop) instead of those throw away Dell and gateway laptops he's been plagued with issues on all these years.

Jeremiah went above and beyond. He came out to my Dad's place and installed the PC and arranged, hid and labelled all the wires under his desk (I never asked for that he just did it). He said he doesn't usually do house calls but in this rare occasion it had to be done because even though my Dad is a retired mechanical engineer he struggles with computers. It's a generational thing.

If I could give 10 stars I would! THANK YOU ERROR CODE!

I've been searching all over SoCal trying to find a computer shop that is a Microsoft partner who is capable and can hold a techy conversation so I can get what I need. That is to get my Dad a computer that is solid but fast so his experience is fun instead of horrible as all of his past computers have been. We need a reliable service to take it to if there are problems since I live all the way up in Seattle and my Dad is computer illiterate.

The owner got it and it looks like we got a good deal going. I'll update after they build it and my Dad gets his new computer.

So far they are great and I recommend!

It was really nice to find this place they were trying to help me out to repair my Apple computer even though my computer was a lost, they were able to explain me cons and pros of the repair is the next time if I encounter any other problem with my new computer definitely this is the place that I’ll be bringing my computer

Chromebook lost my screw. Best Buy couldn't do anything for me. They quickly found a screw that fits. He was so nice, he didn't even charge me!

I am sending everyone here from now on. I had a problem with my laptop and brought it to Error Code PC and come to find out it was a simple cable problem. They reaearched it and found where i could buy it at the best price and they did all that as a free diagnosis.

I was missing a bracket to mount a CPU for my system, Called them up asking if they can help, They said they have a broken motherboard I can take part off. Got the part and even bought an extra fan for nothing. Great help.

Anthony and his staff have done a great job helping our office with computer problems. Most of the time they can help us by logging into our computers remotely and fix the issue right away!

These guys are great! They serviced me on a holiday when they were closed and gave great service. They were really informative and gave me a run through on the current state of my dead computer and told me what my computer needed in an honest and unbiased way. Their price was very good and I felt I got my money's worth

This used belong to another company and then Apogee bought them out and I Love to come here for all my computer repairs and stuff

Had nothing but problems with a new gaming rig I built and brought it down to this shop and they figured out the problem in minutes and told me how to fix the problem without charging me. The techs here are sharp and very helpful
