Amusement Center EscapeSF reviews
13The Knights of the Roundtable experience was fantastic. Challenging and creative clues. Loved the tactile nature of the escape rooms and how they tied together but were independent. Highly recommend. Our guide was great too!
It was a lot of fun! The riddles were so cool, they knew exactly when we needed a hint, and we managed to complete it with time to spare!:)
This was my first time trying out an escape room with a few of my friends. We chose the hardest one! (King Arthur) Overall it was fun and challenging, the employee who walked us through the rules and helped us throughout the game was very nice and helpful!
This was my third time using EscapeSF for a team-building exercise. Each time, we played the Sabotage game. Andre's support and professionalism are top-notch. We hosted the activity in our office and Andre arrived early and got everything set up quickly. We had a group of 15 and were able to keep on schedule for our work summit by hosting in the office rather than traveling to a nearby location. This was such a helpful option. Though I'd previously played this game (albeit over three years ago!), it was still a challenge. My staff had an absolute blast! They got into it quickly, and were challenged - but not so much so that they couldn't advance through the clues - and it was a great icebreaker + collaboration opportunity. I will always go back to Andre and the EscapeSF team for any escape room or team-building activities. Thank you again for a really great time!
My collogue and I took some students from our organization on a field trip and and we had an amazing time. I highly recommend!
Absolutely love this place! Played the medieval theme based on the Knights of the Round Table storybooks and it was a delight.
Unraveling puzzles by interacting with the physical space in the room to then gather even more clues to solve the next puzzle is such a great interactive game. My family loved the fact we could individual explore before realizing we needed to tag-team to complete certain mysteries.
Teamwork was required to proceed and by engaging our brains, it felt natural to reach out to each other and say "Hey, look at what I found! What do you think this could mean? " And we'd work together without consciously realizing that's what we were doing.
A great team-building experience and definitely gave us something positive to bond over and laugh about our silliness afterwards. Sometimes we overthought puzzles and needed a clue or two from the game master. They were great by giving hints while staying true to the theme of the game.
I love this place and their games are awesome! Highly recommend escape rooms to anyone who wants an entertaining, team-building activity. Though EscapeSF's front entrance is a lil hidden, their game content is an absolute blast!
It's a bit of a hole in the wall location.but proximity to businesses who might be interested in an activity like this is good.
It's in a basement.so if you are uncomfortable with basements.maybe not for you.
I've gone to other escape rooms and this one was great. Our team had a great time figuring out the puzzles. It's very challenging!
My boyfriend and I loved the experience.
We went twice in 1 week! Looking forward to other rooms.
Great way to spend an hour with co-workers. We tried King Arthur's escape room and I would say exceeded expectations. I was surprised we actually completed (aka escaped) within the hour. Must say it was truly a team effort.
Cool story, height inclusivity, helpful hints that don’t give away too much. Teammates needed quite a bit of help but that’s on them for smoking a lot before the journey. Liked the noir ambiance. Now I know a-little bit about poker and darts.
Hosted a team event for my office and it was a huge hit. Andre was responsive, flexible, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. Because of our group size, we did the Sabatoge game and it was excellent! Excited to go back and try out their other games. You can tell that Andre and the others working at EscapeSF are very passionate about what they do. Highly recommend and will be back
First Escape Room experience and it was a lot of fun. The rooms were great and the staff was helpful.
I really enjoyed the room! Great mix of different types of puzzles to solve. The theme was also really well captured. Would come back again for sure, super fun
