Ive been @ EVA for 8 years. I just love our new management team. Especially Deborah our new manger! Shes only been with us since May, 2021. Deborah is warm and, friendly, and has an open door policy to visit during business hours. She has coffee and packaged treats for us every morning. What a difference she has made in such a short period of time. There have been some serious issues over the last year, and Deborah has resolved many of them! Shes a keeper. I was going to move out, because i was frustrated over these issues, but many of them have been resolved. Looking forward to seeing the new EAV in the comming months. Thankyou, Tamara Brown

Rooms are large for senior apartments in the area all apartments appear to have balconies. However, "Dog City"! Smoking is allowed throughout. Unsecured walkway between rear apartments and front sidewalk.
