My iPad Air 2 was randomly shutting off and would not hold the charge when it rebooted. Luckily the workers were able to diagnose and fix my iPad (battery issue). Excellent services and correspondence and prompt updates from them. A+ work!

The guys was very Nice and didnt try to beat me out of my money like the other place i went too. Tell me i need a new phone, new charger port replace, when all i needing was a piece of plastic remove thank you samgdung for sending me there.

Replaced the screen on my Moto Z4. Not a common phone or dissembly. They fixed it faster than estimated and it works great! Will definitely be back.

These guys are a lifesaver. Cracked my iPhone 7+ screen while here on vacation. Apple said next repair appointment was a week away. Best buy wanted $250. These guys got me patched up on short notice in an hour and stayed past closing time to do it. $140 all in. Unless you have apple care you'd be a fool to not use these guys. Quicker service for less money than the big guys.

Quick and easy! Went in to get my screen replaced and my phone was ready in an hour. The price was reasonable and cheaper than the place I had taken it before! This place is great high recommend it!

No no no. Went here some months ago to get my iphone button repaired, and thought everything was fine. This week my phone died, and after taking it to a legitimate technician somewhere else, I found out that ESM took parts out of my phone and replaced them with cheap parts that failed.

Though I hope to not break my phone again going here is a real treat. The shop smells of gummy bears and the staff wears French maid costumes. Sexy!

BUYER BEWARE

Better off going to the Apple store. At least you know that you are getting factory quality. If you are willing to give that up I would go here.iPhone 7 screen broke. $150 for "OEM" quality, as you can tell from the picture, that is not what I received. Manager tried to convince me that everything looked normal. I still believe I was ripped off and paid for a OEM screen and received a junk knockoff.

Highly recommend this place. Brought in a cracked screen and sticky processing. Don't know exactly what they did to get my i6plus working so well but now with a new screen I dont have to upgrade until the i8 comes out. Very reasonably priced. Quick Service. Knowledgeable.

Very good costumer service I recommend this place for everybody. AND I LIVE THE WAY THAT MAN WEARS HIS GLASSES, ONE SIDE OF THE GLASSES IS UP HIS BUTT AND THE OTHER IS UP HIS NOSE.
