So i have a membership for over 2 years now, originally i purchased my membership from the Norwalk location, and before i made that commitment i was advised that i can bring 2 guests for free anytime i desire.sadly when i came to this location, they were trying to sell me a membership for my sister, who is my free guest because they claim that I'm only able to bring her one time unfortunately.these people are thieves.

Place is dirty, unfriendly staff. Would not recommend. Lots of meat heads. Overpriced for a gym that closes

I don't like this place. They are to pushy and charged me well over expected amount. Was told the membership was $5 a month. Gave all my info, now im here because I just got charged over $60. I have ever been charged this much by a gun without my consent. Please do not give then your debit info or account #s. They are simply committing fraud. Dude really told me $5 a month then charges me $60? That's just not ok.

Storage bin needs to be replaced with a new one and insert a plant and flowers in the huge flower pot.

Cons: Staff here sucks! Personal trainers kick you out of machines and rooms mid workout, (they don't put up a in use sign letting others know the space will be occupied) they also don't clean up after themselves by leaving machines with stacked weights and all sweaty. There's never any sanitizing wipes to clean machines so some parts of the gym smell like sweat. The main manager has made it clear multiple times he only cares about the money being made off customers. Also if you're going to be in a company zoom meeting maybe its best to put head phones on so we dont hear how they need to get more sales out of customers. Front reception area tends to smell like weed. Pros: bathrooms are clean and they have a sauna

The equipment isn't maintained as much as it should be. The showers have mold all over the walls and doors. Good place to go in for a quick workout though. Whenever the machines don't have out of order signs on them.

Been a member for 2 years and have nothing but great things to say. Super friendly staff once you enter. The staff does a good job keeping the place tidy. There are wipes available all over the gym to clean equipment. Only con is that the wifi isn’t that great.

3 stars due to the restroom and phone reception
If you have T-Mobile please be aware that your reception won’t be strong nor is the Wi-Fi there

Besides that great equipment and selection of things to do.

Great gym. Great equipment. Great amenities. Only bad thing the weight room seems to be missing a few pieces of equipment.

Disgusting, some times I have found machines with garbage from the day before, and today the water fountain with ants

I love this place it is clean, modern, and offers a variety of workout equipment, pool and spa, and a steam room to help with your wellness journey. I must say that Ryan is one of the best fitness trainers that I've talked to in a long time. He not only knows about different body types, but how to cater to everyone's customize needs and fitness goals that works for them.

They don't respect the prices they give you at first, then they look for excuses to raise your monthly payment.they are not professionals

I just joined this gym. It's okay but extremely deuchy especially the staff. The dudes that signed me up are rude since I went in with my construction clothes and I'm brown with a beard so it probably through them off that I spoke English. They only have me as a customer because of how close it is to my school

The curly hair girl with glasses for the night shift doesn’t even work, she starts closing 25 mins before they close & starts kicking everyone out 10 mins before closing time, doesn’t even let evryone finish their work out. I get the employees want to go home but people pay for their membership should be able to work out till closing time which is 11 not at 10: 50.

The people at the front desk are easy to talk to, and The young lady Imani seems that she cares about her customers!

Avoid this gym after 5pm as it is now extremely packed with teenagers that come in groups of 3+ and take up one machine for hours. Staff doesn’t care when they’re blasting music and running around the gym and disturbing other patrons.

Before this gym used to be manageable during peak hours, but save yourself the headache.

I read reviews. They aren't accurate to my experience. Every single person has been overly friendly and exceptional service.

Only one girl who was working her first day seemed a bit off only to find out she was trying to figure things out without seeming unknowledgeable thus preoccupied. No issue there. For the darn price this gym should not have leather basketballs, or longer weekend hours etc. The reviews I'm reading are as if the people are paying 200 dollar gym fees. No kidding. You are only in this gym for the convenience of the location.the price.and possibly the kids club again price. $10 for kids club for both kids for an entire month unlimited 2 hours each time.and they can't wait to go. My God that alone. But even with no kids okay the 1st month was 15 dollars the subsequent months are less than 30 whattttt? Yall got used to 10 dollar 20 dollar planet fitness crunch gyms? Kidding me. This is a full blown gym with classes, with a kids club, with cycling, plenty of equipment, a dedicated area that looks like you cN do your own crossfire stuff, t straps, pilates comming soon no different than a club pilates, a separate room for trainers, clean bathrooms, suana swimming pool.spa.etc people are silly to keep complaining when you aren't paying more than a fancy drink at Starbucks with a coffee cake for two people at Starbucks.

Only a few machines wear down. But who cares still no wait for machines of every variety.

The value is there. If you want more my opinion is go pay more. You will get it. Otherwise for the price in this inflated economy it's a deal.

I'm going to the gym with my 14 year old my 2 year old in kids club up to 2 hours each time 4 times so far this week for my first month I paid no enrollment nothing just 40 dollars for all of us including the kids club. And the following month it will be 29 each plus 10 for kids club. In rancho cuca dang monza. Convenient nice location right by target etc.

And as far as wiping doen machines. Take responsibility people. What I do is grap the wipes which they provide, wipe down the machine BEFORE I begin (so I don't worry about who cane before me) and I wipe it before I move on. Period. Doesn't matter if I was in an ultra expensive fancy gym. People don't follow rules and can be whatever about life. Be responsible and do it yourself.

Anyway the point of this review is simply because the reviews I read seemed off.

5 stars for the value. If you know what value means you know. For what is being paid it is above and beyond. And its a huge plus that every single person was exceptionally mom and pop store type friendly. Anyone they aren't friendly to is likely to be some version of a karen themselves and that's just a you problem. It's not the staff.

Yeah, just my opinion folks. Feel free to sign up to a janky gym in Los Angeles and pay 150 to 200 a month for way less. I'm so grateful and thankful for this convenient-off brand but lovely- kid friendly gym.

Good equipment not like other aportas where most of the equipment is broken and don’t get fixed for months weights are good quantities also

Large gym, well equipped. The price is not bad. The classes are fun with great trainers/instructors. However, ESPORTA doesn't seem to keep instructors, which means classes are being canceled! They don't offer a variety of schedules for the classes compared to other gyms. Great instructors keep leaving, I can only imagine it's because they don't want to pay instructors a fair price.
Gym repairs are always VERY slow, sauna was down for 2 months, and some machines are still not fixed. The machines and lockers are not wiped down. You can see the dust and people's dried up sweat. The bathrooms are always clean, though.
The front desk is unpredictable, very few are friendly and professional, and most seem to have a frown, have an attitude, and are zero welcoming.
The gym doesn't promote people to wipe down the machines that they just used. Maybe if they had more sanitizer and trash cans available, people would be cleaning after themselves more often.
People have no gym etiquette; Re-rack! It's also hard to get an efficient workout when people are claiming two machines, when it's already full.
The basketballs and mats are completely ruined! As if they can't invest in a few more every once in a while.
There is zero effort for improvement, as long as we don't complain directly to Corp.they will continue like this.
I just canceled membership.
